My husband flew from California to Texas to purchase a suburban with 33K miles. The windshield had a nick not visible on photos. They didn't bother to detail the car. Fees that were agreed to be waived were not waived. Service records that were requested were not provided. My husband and I are both professionals and it was highly disappointing to not be met with a level of respect and honesty to which we are accustomed. Instead, this was the classic greasy used car salesman cliche. It's unfortunate that so much time, energy and money was wasted to pick up a vehicle that was not as advertised. We do not purchase the vehicle and we would not work with them ever again.
