The Tyler candles are absolutely the best candles you'll ever smell in your life and last forever (and they are made in Tyler, so you're supporting Texas business). They have a discount shelf with awesome deals all the time. Cute premium bags, jewelry, shoes, clothes, kid gifts, it's amazing. The pharmacy staff is so pleasant, always answers the phone, does refills promptly, they personally call and text you when ready, AND there is a drive through. There is literally no reason not to support this place, unless you hate yourself and don't like supporting excellence. I look forward to getting prescriptions refilled so I have an excuse to shop. My sister flew all the way from Germany wanting to take a piece of Texas back home with her, and we are so grateful we found this place. We were initially struggling to find boots that fit, but we were quickly approached by an incredible gentleman who turned our frustration into an education. He was so kind and passionate; he explained that for tall boots, it's about the calf fit, not just the sole size. He taught us how to read the codes inside the boots rather than just the size tag and personally helped us try them on and off with such patience. When we moved to the hats, he was just as helpful. He made sure we picked hats that wouldn't fly off while horseback riding and helped us color-match them perfectly to our new boots. He even steamed and customized the hats right there (the photo of him working his magic with the steam is a memory we'll cherish!) to ensure a perfect, firm fit. Beyond his expertise, he shared the wonderful 70-year history of his father's store. He made us feel so welcome and happy--it felt like talking to a great father figure. We didn't stop talking about his kindness all the way to the car. If you want top-notch customer service and an authentic Texas welcome, please go see him. He made our entire trip special!

The only downside is if you're looking for a place to cool off, this is definitely not it, I couldn't fill any air conditioning, but they did try to keep the air moving with lots of fans throughout.
