As soon as I stopped the program I gained all the weight back within the following six months. The weekly counselling was pretty worthless after a few weeks and became just a weekly check the box where the advisor seemed like she just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible. There was absolutely no follow-up provided after my paid period was up. My userid and password would no longer work for their menu website and I never receive any follow-up call and they never returned any of my follow-up calls.

He's very contemporary and up to date on the latest trends and technology in medicine. He's very low key and calm. His staff is very friendly and super helpful in all things from making appts over the phone to discussing your insurance benefits so you understand them. I know they have other practitioners (chiropractic care is available) but I've only seen the doctor. I can't really complain about that. Oh and they have a CRYO chamber. I was referred to Express HS by a friend. I booked a virtual visit. At booking, a $25 deposit is…read morerequired. Today, during the preliminary consultation, I told the technician that I wanted to use my personal compounding pharmacy for the semaglutide prescription. The tech said they typically use a handful of pharmacies, but to talk to the doctor. Then, the tech took my payment and I thought we were good. Once I met with the doctor and she prescribed the medication, I was told that they were unable to send the medication to my pharmacy. Prior to the visit, I never read on their website, received an email in regards to, or signed any paperwork that I had to specifically use one of their compounding pharmacies. It was at that time, while speaking with the doctor that I asked for a full refund. She told me a refund would be issued, however, a partial refund was given instead. I have now had to waste even more of my time by disputing the initial deposit through my credit card (they also charge a 4% fee for credit or debit cards), when in fact a reputable business would have graciously issued the full refund immediately, and not make it difficult for the patient. This is a racket and I believe there must be some kind of kickback from the pharmacy or maybe they have a vested interest in these particular pharmacies. Regardless, it shouldn't be an issue to send the prescription to the compounding pharmacy of my choice. If this was not an option, I should I have been told that well in advance. Also, just know the initial cost of visit is $225 ($234 after the $9 credit card fee), plus $180 for a 3 month starter dose of semaglutide. There is a $75/monthly fee from the doctor's office, but on the 4th and 5th month, the cost triples to $180/month for the prescription!!! Ridiculous. Look elsewhere. There are better options available.

wow...where do i start?…read more i was truly impressed with this place! since me and ang are girls and all sometimes its a little uncomfortable going into a "nutrition and fitness place" we felt so welcomed in there and were greeted upon getting in the door. i spy the pink box of pills that are guaranteed to keep me from eating cheez its 2wice a day!!! score! nice guy comes around counter and sees that i have found what i was looking for, i toss them over and he invites us up to the bar! ha, protein bar...we start chatting about why i want the pills, i happen to look over and ang has the bottle out of the box, lo and behold...THE ACTUAL CAPSULE IS PINK! woot! anyways, i tell nice guy why i want them and he asks us a couple more questions and we get into the discussion about eating right and how much protein a day and the like. i am close to eating right but no where near enough protein...ugh they have this great program with great results, i saw the pics and of course you never believe the pics and then one of the girls comes in to get her measurements done and get more stuff. nice guy (sammy) says here i will whip you up a drink, ugh alright...ang gets chocolate and i get vanilla, both totally taste like crap! he then dumps some bright radioactive yellow liquid in a dixie cup and says, just slam it back, it isnt that bad. HE IS A BIG FAT LIAR! ugh it was gross... i will say that if the program works and i can be cute in all of my clothes and it gives me energy to work out again im all for it! apparently nice guy (sammy) was the owner and i can see why he has such a following. he was very nice and patient, very knowledgeable and had some great tips even for ang and she is broken all the time, he also was not a pushy sales person and the store was fantastically clean and very attractively displayed. no over kill or gay posters of sickly muscled guys. i will return! thanks for all of the great help!
