Thank you Interstate battery for NOT taking care of your customers. ***Original Review*** We have always used Interstate Batteries, but our recent experience has been very disappointing. Around Christmas, my husband started having issues with the radio in his Ford truck. We tested the battery at home, and it showed zero voltage. He took it to Interstate to have them test it, and they told him the battery was fine. After continuing to have problems, we took the truck to the Ford Motor Company dealership, and they informed us the issue was the battery. We called Interstate again, and the person my husband spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We have now had the battery tested twice showing that it's not working properly, yet Interstate continues to say it passes. It's very frustrating when a company stands behind a product that is clearly failing and offers no support to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, we would not recommend using Interstate. Customer service and product reliability matter, and unfortunately, this situation fell short on both.

Not only did Battery Warehouse of Baytown save me 50 bucks but they also helped me figure out how to put the battery in my car. I always go to Auto Zone or O Reilly's to get my batteries but I think it is well worth the drive from Pasadena to Baytown to get my battery replaced from Battery Warehouse of Baytown.
