Had to go back and ask to be redone and when we got home we realized that one came without beans and the other had beans but my daughter doesn't like charro beans??? (Too spicy and has onion) Every place I've been to for tortas has just regular beans so not sure about that one. Anyways, we ended up getting a refund for them. Then the baked potato was way too over cooked. The spud was very tough and dry when it's supposed to be soft and fluffy. Then the flautas had no flavor and honestly tasted like they were prepped and fried before hand and then double fried to heat up. Not to mention there was nobody when we arrived to pick up the order so definitely not busy, just lack of quality. When all was said and done we didn't get the feeling that they would find a solution to their mistakes for the future and needless to say, we will not be returning.

When I politely questioned the inconsistency, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect honest communication and respectful service. If an item is available, it should be offered--or at the very least explained--without attitude. Good food alone doesn't make a great restaurant; customer service matters just as much.

He also had a bean and chorizo taco and it was about the same. BF said they must have used the brand of chorizo that doesn't have much flavor.
