USER BEWARE! Food delivery service. Local to the Texoma (Texas/Oklahoma) area rather than nationwide. They use a company in Florida to process their orders. We had a $100 debit charged to our card for a food delivery in addition to the food/delivery we ordered. If we had not checked our bank account we would have never caught it. We had to contact Texoma Delivery which then had to refer it to their IT department which then had to research why the charge was on our card. Come to find out, the company in Florida "erroneously" charged the $100. Took us two weeks to get the money back and then only after e mailing them after they, (company in Florida) contacted us acknowledging their error. In addition to that nightmare, our experience has been so-so. Deliveries have been late, one almost an hour late. Food is cold. Use 'em if you want. We won't be. read more

I worked for this company and let me tell you, they are the worst company to work for. As a driver you're expected to take every single order they give you. You're supposed to be an independent contractor and not an employee of theirs; but they will threaten to deactivate you if you decline orders. They have no clear explanation of what your current driver rating is. They just show a default number that never changes. They don't pay drivers adequately for their time. They expect you to take every order they give you and will punish you with deactivation if you don't accept them all. They have an annoying dispatch system that is always trying to spam you by saying "No drivers online can you check in so we can open?" I wonder why no drivers are online? Probably because your terrible company doesn't pay well and they're mean to drivers. So if you're wondering as a customer why no one takes your orders, it's because this company is terrible and absolutely horrible to their drivers. read more

I ordered food for my family at 6:29pm, I waited and waited for my food until 8:00 called Texoma delivery multiple times got sent to their voicemail every time, get a call at 8:16pm saying that they cannot complete my order, I will not go back through Texoma delivery, there's no reason that I should've went over an hour without getting some answer or phone call about them not being able to get my order done. They normally send text and I didn't receive anything. Horrible customer service and I doubt I get my money back. Zero stars. read more

First time and my last ordering from Texoma Delivery. What a joke of a business. They cannot compete with DoorDash, Grubhub, or Ubereats if they DONT HAVE DRIVERS to run a business. This service is absolutely the worst delivery service (actually the only delivery service) in the area. Drivers do not verify orders, thusly wrong products are delivered. When you try to get in touch with them regarding wrong orders, you can't get a human being. In addition to that weekends are impossible to receive food. I have experienced over 3 hours. Our food was 30 minutes late on top of the already hour long wait. When it got here it was 9:30 and we were just so ready to eat, but unfortunately we didn't get the chance. When I carried the bags into the house I noticed that they reeked of cigarette smoke. I shrugged it off because We were so hungry and pulled out the food. We then quickly threw away the bags so we didn't have to smell them. After taking a big bite of my food I immediately started gagging. The food TASTED like a mouth full of cigarette smoke!! I am pregnant, and my husband is allergic to cigarette smoke so we were both very upset. I sent a message to texoma delivery via their website "contact us" with all the details. What did they say back? Nothing. Crickets. I suppose they don't care that their drivers are smoking and blowing smoke onto the food they deliver? Service has gone downhill big time. I keep giving them a chance, but not anymore after this. I ordered some food, and didn't get all my items (which were extra costs). They said they asked the restaurant and driver if all items were there, and they said they were. They weren't, and I had proof they weren't on my order because the receipt was stapled on the bag, and it showed that the missing items weren't on my order. I contact them with a photo of the receipt, and they still charged me. Trying to get them on the phone is impossible. I'll go to door dash and grub hub now. read more

My husband and I spend between $150-$180 a WEEK with this company on avg. We have more problems than not and has been ongoing since they opened. Tonight we placed an order that THEY decided to change without contacting us whatsoever. My husband refused to eat his food as it was no where near what he ordered. Upon speaking to the owner of the restaurant I found out that she directly spoke with Texoma Delivery and THEY told her to change our order and told her WE said it was fine. At 9pm it said delivered, I called the number to figure out what happened and the person I talked to was very rude and had attitude with both me and my boyfriend, we have 2 kids that didn't get to eat till we went to the store to get food. I worked for this company for 3 weeks. They require you to pay for your own hot bag at $22.00. Plus you cover your own gas. After seeing this was not profitable I notified the company I was quitting. They are to mail your check within 7 days. I quit on May 12th and I'm still fighting to get paid! They have lied and stalled about payment! We ordered at 11:56 our food arrived at 1:00 cold & missing items. When we finally got a person to answer I asked if we could just have it re made or just cancel and pick it up. She said no because it had already been and delivered. She didn't care it was missing items or cold. It was ready at 12:30 I called the restraunt because of the time delay. The responded with yes it's been sitting here ready to pick up. The only remedy she had for our situation was to refund $3 delivery charge. When taking the food out of the bag, he turned my food upside down and the food spilled out of the containers all over the bag. Texoma Delivery is a great local alternative to other corporate run services. The drivers actually check your food, and when you contact Customer Service you are actually able to speak to a human being. As for the negative reviews I see regarding fees and wait times: The fees are clearly broken down for you at check out. If you are unable to pay the individuals providing you a CONVENIENCE, eat at home. You probably shouldn't be ordering food anyways. Yes, the wait times are longer during peak times such as weekend evenings or the typical lunch break time - just like it would be with literally any other delivery service. It took me way too long to order as the back button to get to other items from where you're ordering doesn't simply just go back it goes to the dang home page. Not user friendly and I got super frustrated and ordered anyways finally after too long but I have ordered before and the time is so long to wait but I guess you pay for what you get. Texoma Delivery started off STRONG a couple of years ago and were a solid 4 to 5 star service. They've really slowed down and it can take 1.5 to 2 hours to get delivery. They're still very nice and understanding and hard working, but at a certain point it isn't going to be an option anymore! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I used to really like Texoma delivery when they took care of their customers. like when you used to be able to call and someone would answer and try to make things right. Now they don't seem to care and when your order is wrong (especially when it's over $100) it seems like they should put a little effort into making sure you are happy. I will no longer be using Texoma delivery for this reason. it also doesn't make sense considering I get a dash pass with my Hulu subscription and the food and delivery is usually cheaper through door dash. This was the 1st time I used this service all I can say is YAY!!! I can order from any restaurant on there list and it's a long list get it delivered to me NICE.. we order chili's delivery fee wasn't bad don't like that it had restaurant fee to.... order about 50 something total with tip came to 60.59 not to bad... took about 1hr/20mins but make sure you check before they leave cause they forgot one of my meals but customer service was real polite said sorry about million times haD the driver bring the rest of my food about 30mins longer... driver was sorry too she was still very nice all way around!! They don't have the power to provide the whole menu. Ordered Chicken Fried Steak. I've had it in house, not similar. When in house it comes with a salad, bread, and a side. NOT HERE! It's just what you order. They did bring the salad dressing ordered but no salad. Way too much money for the limited service they offer. Better to pick it up yourself. I have used the service several times for home delivery and I have never been disappointed. Food is received fresh, hot and quick! Fees charged are minimal and I'm happy to tip the driver. My delivery girl screamed and cursed (the f word) at me because she had to knock for "several minutes". There is no possible way that she had been waiting a long period of time. She threw our food on the ground and stomped off. When I asked for an explanation from the company, they simply replied asking for my order number. When I gave it to them and requested a refund, they never replied. Just credited my card back. No apology, no explanation, no reply. Just asked for my order # and nothing else. When I ordered it said it would take 65 minutes and that was ok with me. Ended up getting my food 110 minutes later and also the order was wrong! Do you guys not check it when you pick it up?
