And I knew we needed some veggies and save me a another trip to the store after getting in town. They have the best. I drive through 2x a month because of medical issues and they have special drs in Houston for me. Anyways, I will say I am so happy I stopped I can't wait to see these lovely ladies they are so kind and sweet and friendly made me feel like family. I can't wait to try their jelly n jams and candles!! My son is so excited to stop again. It was a nice little hour drive and upon arrival we see peaches, and peaches and more peaches. But, they also have preserves, honey, sauces, syrup, pickled vegetables, fresh vegetables. I had fun just looking at all of the canned goodies, and then when I went to check out, I was offered a zucchini bread and a warm cobbler taken out of the oven at that moment. So, yes, my greedy self bought the peach cobbler and I have to say that it's one of the best cobblers I ever had. I'm all about the crust and it has a beautiful tasty crust. Heck, I'm eating cobbler now with my coffee and relaxing back at home. The peaches are a good size and in one to two days they will be absolutely juicy and fully ripe. It's a great place to visit!

Seems they just bought brown eggs there and then put in new box and tripled the price. I'd give 1 star except the good sirloin. I'll go back to a real fresh egg provider. RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT - Thanks for the prompt reply! :-). My point is that they were not what's expected as fresh and sold at $8. Not mass produced eggs are rich, dark yellow/orange yolks. Its ok. I expected too much. Simply - If they are mass produced and genetically engineered hens to make their eggs the same, they are not fresh local chicken eggs. It's OK - Lesson learned. Today they also have a nursery area for plants, herbs & tree's. This is a throwback experience to when produce stands and markets were plenty. A true outdoor roadside market, the folks that work here a helpful and friendly, the last of it's kind around these parts and it beats the prices, freshness, selection of those inside farmers markets.
