i paid my car insurance late but still paid before cancellation date. this lady lied to my car…read moredealer and said she dont have record of a processed payment when she was the one who took the payment over the phone. my car dealer calls me and tell me my insurance is cancelled. so i call her and find out what's going on and she is assuring me it's ok whole time lying and cancelled my policy telling my dealer i never paid. when i told her what i found out she got very hostile and argumentative, she said well it's your fault because you should've paid it on time. it's very unprofessional and unacceptable for your personal opinions in a nasty distasteful manner. she didn't like it and refused to reinstate my insurance. people pay late bills all the time. there was no reason to take a payment and still cancel the policy even tho the next payment wasn't even due. then tells me oh i wont be working the weekends so u need to wait to Monday to reinstate your policy, knowing my car dealer is very strict and will cut my car off without full coverage.
