It is volunteer based and the people who work here are so sweet. If you can't find a book you want they can put it down on a list for you and hold it. When it is donated they'll give you a call. I explained that we had a movie in 10 minutes and just needed our bakery items. Instead of simply grabbing them for me, she responded with a rude attitude saying orders are processed in the order received. I would understand if I had ordered a drink but I was just waiting on cookies and a brownie, something that takes zero effort to grab. The interaction could have been handled much better and unfortunately this level of service seems to be the norm here.
