Since then, I've seen them pop up at other events and places, including a regular pop up at Cosmic Brewery in Torrance. The owners are really nice and sometimes I see them team up with Jaycelab. Who knew vegan food could be so friggin good?! I went dutifully every week, and bought their meal of the week for lunch. I went home, and raved about it to my husband. I declared Wednesdays Vegan day... .... Until they stopped coming. They went on to Rialto's farmers market instead, and now there's no more vegan in my life. I can't travel to the Rialto's farmer's market on a work day because I just don't have enough time.
