Well the first time I came here for a consultation, I told Ms Carol I did not want to cut my hair and she was the first to say you dont, we can repair your hair at your length. Then went on to describe and recommend the regime that would be the best for my hair. That's been over a month and I've been a regular since then and my hair is growing in strong. Lanae does a wonderful job if Ms. Carol is not available. No attitudes from the stylists here, they are very humble and respectable. I am a total diva and very demanding but didn't have express any of that....well the diva side I do, with these stylists. Try it once and see for yourself thats what I did!

I really like how close this place is for me to get to - I was able to walk over during my day and enjoy some much needed sunshine on my way to my haircut. I had made my appointment a day ahead while I was walking by and appreciated their availability to schedule me in the next day. It's a pretty decent sized operation - modern aesthetics, cushy chairs, and even some drinks offered upon request. After arriving, I was quickly checked in and then walked over to my chair. I showed the haircut I was going for to my stylist and she was really informative letting me know how she would go about to get the look and also asked questions as far as any modifications and how close I wanted my taper to be. Once she had an idea, she went to work and I'd say the total cut lasted about 45 minutes. My stylist was detailed and worked diligently not rushing through the process. She made sure my cut was going in the direction I was seeking and overall I'm happy with the final result! Given the ease of going here and the great end product, I'm looking forward to more visits!

I had wanted someone good as I was frustrated with not getting what I wanted. I visited High Tech Hair Studio on Tuesday, 1/29/19 and was greeted by someone at the front desk 'Sam' who was friendly and efficient as I asked him: " Who here does the best job layering hair?" Sam answered: "Everyone is good here." I was happy to hear that and suddenly I was greeted by the owner, Lisa, who listened as I explained what I wanted. She told Sam to book me with her. Today I was welcomed by Lisa who remembered my visit on Tuesday. She had her assistant take me and wash my hair ( which by the way was like a total head massage). Thereafter, I showed Lisa the photo, she remembered what I spoke about and transformed my hair to the style I wanted!! What a great experience to have exactly what I asked for with great layering from an experienced stylist!!! Oh by the way, I have long hair and am 66 and look like I am 55 now... Lisa is the best! I honestly believe one patron sneered at me. The person assigned to cut my hair seemed uncomfortable using scissors. And when I made the mistake of consenting to clippers, they disregarded my instructions, hacked away, and gave me a generic barbershop haircut--for twice the price of a generic barbershop haircut. The hair cutter knew I wasn't satisfied but made no gesture to compensate. I wasn't in the mood to argue so I just paid and left. I regret that now.
