Gary just built another new computer for me -- I think this is the 6th. He uses only the highest quality components, and is meticulous in assembly. I won't say he's available 24/7, but If I have a question or need some guidance, he will respond to inquiries regardless of whether the shop is open or not. Besides the new computer, I am still running two desktops he built (ages 5 and 10) and a laptop that is approaching a decade old. All still run flawlessly, though obviously the technology has passed them by. You get a clean install of Windows with no bloatware or OEM "enhancements." Very nice guys that run this store. They build custom computers to suit any need or taste. I haven't have a computer built (yet) but I went in there one day because I misunderstood a post online and brought my old printer in for recycling. Turns out it costs money for them to recycle printers so they don't accept them, but they took mine anyway and threw it away for me since I had made the trip.
