Gary was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions and it helped me increase my knowledge on various subjects. All in all, this was a very positive interaction and I would not hesitate to bring my PC here in the future (Once my warranty from the custom builder expires) for repair.

Our sales guy DJ was especially helpful and spent a ton of time with us. In the end, we learned that it was cheaper to just start fresh and probably go with a prebuilt, but not once did we feel pressured to buy anything. I read that if you open the back of the laptop and disconnect the external battery you have a good shot of fixing the issue. Dell wanted 259.00 this is a 2000.00 laptop and they wanted more money out of me. So I was like yeah no I'll do some research. I found out if you simply open the laptop up and remove the battery it will actually fully reset the computer and it was worth a shot. It worked! I thought about it for a few hours and decided to head in myself to check it out and I always trust salesman when they ask specific questions and really listen; the gentleman behind the counter said that for my needs an upgrade for memory was not necessarily the best bet and as is would be fine. I was taking aback by his direct and honest opinion. I love the direct customer service as opposed to big box stores and with the 90 day warranty I don't think I could go wrong. I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. Everything was in perfect working order and I am 100% satisfied. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35. Very friendly and professional exchange highly recommend if you're in the market for a used desktop or laptop. These are your guys! Five out of five highly recommend will return.
