Machines…read morehave been broke for over a month with no repair and the culture here has a lot of people not following simple rules, such as slamming your weights (which is why the machines keep breaking, having full business calls while sitting on a machine, re-racking etc). I come everyday and never see staff monitor the floor. The trainers are down here, but I'm assuming it's not their responsibility. With no one monitoring and getting rid/or giving warnings to the disrespectful gym members, machines will keep breaking. Hopefully they turn it around, really have enjoyed this gym.

World Gate has been my main gym for at least 3 years now. The membership price is reasonable considering all of the facilities. However, it's not reasonable if you don't use all the facilities! Sometimes, I feel like I'm paying for some stuff I'm never interested in using - like the racketball rooms, the spa, yoga classes, dance classes, etc. There's another gym that's like 2 minutes away from me and costs like 50% of World Gate but they don't have a sauna which is essential to me. The facilities that I use regularly are the weight room, the sauna, and showers. I do like having the ability to swim sometimes if I want to. World Gate has a lot of options. I don't enjoy the price I'm paying but I also do not see another gym with all my non-essentials at a better price so I continue to go here. What's missing though is the actual cold plunges - not cryotherapy chairs. If they can manage that, I'd not be complaining about my membership price. I'd have everything I need.

I was required to pay $2,000 immediately upon signing, before being given full or accurate details. Only days later, when I returned with my fiancée to review the plan, they admitted that multiple items they had explicitly told me were included would now cost an additional $3,000. This was a clear bait-and-switch. When I requested to cancel due to their false representations, I was told there were no refunds simply because I had already signed--despite the agreement being based on misleading information. This business pressures clients into contracts, takes large upfront payments, and only then reveals the true costs. HORRIBLE

He was answering phone calls, handling other customers and juggling me with ease. Super fantastic. Will come back to Sterling or Fairfax for any future needs. However since it's huge the kids really are not in one area close together for long. The best part is the whole place is a rubber floor instead of mulch or dirt! We will definitely go again!!!

I didn't have to talk to anyone or fill out a form. I just got to go and do the classes. When walking thru the main level, there is a whole basketball court, pickleball court, child care, FULL locker rooms (that are huge). You go upstairs and huge weight training room and group fitness classes. I love Heidi's Barre classes. Everything is so clean, looks so nice and welcoming. The reason for 4 stars is the price of the membership. $170 seems silly.
