I went down to pick up a CD of my wife's mammogram on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025 and after presenting my ID, was told that I couldn't have the CD since my wife and not signed permission for me to do so, per HIPPA regs! Diane was told that the CD is ready for pickup at the SR 52 location in Port Richey, FL. I hope that I will be treated better now that I have a signed permission statement from my wife, Diane Bliven! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon entering the facility I was greeted by the girls that were sitting up front. They were all very polite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I brought an extra order for an X-ray and asked if I could get this completed on top of what I had scheduled. They said it would not be a problem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They gave me the paperwork, I completed it and was called in for the X-ray before my scheduled imaging test. The X-ray tech was extremely nice and although I knew this test would be uncomfortable as I am still recovering from surgery, she did everything in her power to make me as comfortable as possible and to keep my privacy. My next test was another test that is never comfortable, the dreaded mammogram. This tech was also so very nice. She made sure to not over squeeze the girls as we know this hurts so very much. I have used them for CT/MRI/Mammography. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Always polite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If there is a delay, they inform me right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The office is clean and the Radiologist Techs have been very nice and accommodating to my needs. My insurance company BCBS is the reason that I have been utilizing TGH Imaging and I am so glad that they have a relationship. The office has gone above and beyond in certain circumstances. Stat testing. I am a health care professional and used to a hospital setting. I was informed that stat was different for out patient setting. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But it was over explained to me that they only had one technician and she wanted me to know she was "squeezing me in".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The technician was sullen rude and resentful which she made abundantly clear.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am so sorry and dismayed at lack of professionalism displayed by this technician . Unfortunately drs are only as good as their support staff, as these provide the tools drs need to care for us. I'm sorry to say it worries me that unprofessional resentments may reflect in the quality of the results handed to my dr to help in my or anyone's diagnosis. TGH you need to do better. read more

It was close and more importantly on my insurance plan. I called to make an appointment but was told X-rays are walk-in only because they are fast to do. Doctor didn't fax the orders so when I showed up at 8:00, when the waiting area was pretty empty, I was sent away because there were no orders. Doc finally faxed them by 11:00. I showed back up at 11:45. Front desk people were nice. Fast they are not! I've been sitting in the waiting area an hour..and counting. The receptionist was rude and said I was late. I arrived at the time I was given and the time they text to me. She assumed I was late because I needed to drink contrast for my CT scan. I told her the scan is without contrast. She said they don't to it without it and called a nurse who said I needed to drink it. I told her I am allergic to contrast and she got nasty with me in front of everyone. Then she tried to force me to take the contrast to drink it. Don't go here. I had the misfortune of being a patient here. They seem to have forgotten who exactly pays the pay checks. To clarify, we, the clients, patients pay the bills. They are to provide a service for a monetary exchange. My situation is not one that I favor. I suffer from terminal lung disease. I have to have supplemental oxygen to function. I was forced to wear a mask over my breathing apparatus or be refused service. This is how the Nazis behaved. This mask nonsense has gone far too far. I got there I was told there was no waiting time for x-rays but there was people that came in way after me. They were also getting x-rays and I was there and they skipped me and took them. I waited I got there at 11 o'clock. I left there at 2:57 because I was tired of being skipped and when I told the lady I don't know her name behind the desk why I was leaving she looked me in my face and blatantly lied and said I was not being skip when I saw the people came in after me and said they were there for an x-ray and she said it was first come first serve I was there way before they were so I should've been served first if you ask me, I think it has more to do with skin color than anything else also, when I got there, one of the young ladies behind the Deas was waiting on everybody before me which all happen to be Caucasian when it came to my turn, she turned and walked away and made one of the other ladies wait on me she looked right at me and turned her head and walked away and that is why I say it has to do more with skin color than anything read more

I did reach out to Tower via the email that was provided and I have yet to hear back. In addition, my doctors office called me about a week after I had my mammogram and they still have not received the report. I was told the report would be sent over 24-48 hours. After struggling with trying to set consecutive appointments for three different tests I finally gave up on the fourth one. I had a mammogram and a dexascan and both of the women were very nice and seemed concerned for my comfort during the exams. The third and final test was a CT scan which I have never had before. After looking at the machine I expressed my concern to the operator about my claustrophobia. She startedyelling at me that she didn't have time for my problems, that she had a lot of people waiting out in the next room for their tests and she still had to do a blood test and run an IV on me. It took every bit of my strength to get through that test. I doubt I will get an apology but even if I do I will never darken their doors again! read more

I went for the 1st time today for a walk-in X-Ray. The Kiosk indicated less than 1-Hour wait, which I expected to be the absolute longest wait based on my experiences at other radiologists. At the 1-Hour point a lady brought my DL and Ins card out to me, turned around and walked off - no smile, no indication of how much longer - no nothing. Apparently they just expect everyone to dutifully sit there for hours. The lady inputting patient information and insurance (which directly affects how long you wait) was constantly being interrupted by the nurse that carries the charts around to the rooms with "guess what...oh really" stories (i.e. chit-chat). I felt a sense of disrespect after 1-hour 10-min so I just got up and left. I will never go back, nor will my family, nor will anyone that might ask me for my opinion on where to get radiological services. Well last week had a appointment for ultra sound and ct was told by lady on phone i had to drink the contrast in the office and sit there for 2 hours before my appointment, when asked why it changed she so nastily said cause people cannot follow directions, so i say well i have done it before know how to follow directions, she then says to me oh well too bad so sad , i did not get her name but very rude, so i get to facility girl comes out from behind the desk hands me two bottles on contrast tells me someone will be out with instruction's after i tell her what happen to me on phone she tells me i do not have to stay there but be back at 1230, girl comes out hands me a paper tells me to drink and follow schedule i asked for a cup she gave it to me sat in my car to drink, completed went back in get called for carotid get aske if tech can be in room for they have new equipment i said sure well it well down hill after that she the tech proceeds to tell equipment guy she had one day of training and then left on her own, boy did i feel upset then ct that person Ruth was the most in human person i ever had no compassion at all just wanting to get her job done she di not assist me in anyway not even a hand to get on off off table you tower need to check on your unprofessional personal it was much nicer when it was radiology associates very dissatisfied client read more
