I wont eat here again. They allowed someone to bring their dog, that wasnt a service animal into the restaurant and they sat close to us. My wife and both children are highly allergic to cats and dogs. So, I requested that they check to see if it was a legit service animal. The server refused and actually argued with me. She then snaped at me and told me to order. I then told her I wanted the manager to ask for the dogs service card and again she said the dog has a service dog vest on. I told her anyone cannbuy one but they cant get a card that says its a service dog if it isn't. Again she blew me off. I got photos of it and I am reporting it to the Health department. I will not return here. I will not returned to a restaurant that violates health codes and puts my famies health at risk. As for my food, got cheddar cheese on my burger after I asked for American. Wife got coke when she ordered Sprite, daughter didn't get ranch she asked. server went mia for a good while. So, we wont be going back. read more

Normally we wouldn't visit the same restaurant chain twice in a week, but just a few days ago, in another state, we had such a great meal at TGI Fridays that we were craving it again. We literally ordered the exact same thing in the exact same way from this location as we did last week from one in a different state and the experience was night and day. The first issue was when we placed our order for pickup, I wanted a mustard packet and the app wanted to charge us an extra 80 cents for that So I just reminded myself to grab one when I was inside. I didn't see any so I asked the young lady and she started to pump some mustard into a cup for me and then realized they had mustard packets so gave me those instead. When I got back to the car, we did a quick check and realized an order of fries was missing. I was tired and wanted to let it go, but my husband wanted his fries so he went back inside. They did make him the fries, but we can all guess how that went. The fries were undercooked because they did them in a rush and the rest of his food got cold while he waited on the fries. It was a shame. There was no salt on my pretzel bites. The queso they gave us was chunky and dark . Despite my warnings, my husband tried it anyway and said it tasted very weird. It was pretty clear it had turned. And after all that we ended up throwing away most of the undercooked fries anyway because they tasted like raw potato. This is a great example of how guests can have a widely varied experience even at the same chain when employees choose not to pay attention to the little things. Last week's meal was absolutely fabulous but our experience here was pretty terrible. I think this location could have a much better rating if the staff just put a little more care and consideration into their work. read more

Everything...from the moment we walked in had been terrible. Hostess did NOT ask how many in the party then was rude when she assumed it was 2 but was actually 10. We sat for an hour and 15 mins with appetizers and empty drinks. Our waiter, the only waiter, has brought us multiple wrong items to our table. This place is terrible. Recently, I had attended an event that was catered by this location & the food was delicious! Prior to that, it had been a few years since I had eaten at the Front Royal location because we had such a bad experience with the food & service. I talked him into going, reluctantly he agreed. We arrived around 5pm there were a few people at the bar but only one other couple at a table in the restaurant itself. The hostess quickly greeted us, sat us in a near by booth & gave us menus. After a few minutes the server, who was also the bartender, came over to greet us. We gave her our beverage order but we was unsure as to what we wanted so decided to keep looking. After a few minutes she returned, due to her waiting on the bar she told us she was sorry it had taken so long. We said we understood the staffing issue so we thought well so far so good. We ordered our food & this was when it went way down hill for us. The waitress repeated our order, we had to correct her as she had not put it in correctly. While we waited we only seen one other party get seated in the restaurant, we was close to the door so there wasn't any pickups or door dashers coming in either. The waitress was talking to the guests at the bar, but she didn't come back to check on us. We waited for 25 minutes for a fried chicken sandwich & a hamburger! By this time we both needed refills. Our food was semi/warm but far from hot, it lacked flavor & the fries were dried out. Once the waitress returned with our refills we asked for the check. I decided to go to the restroom before we left, needless to say it needed ALOT of attention! Toilet tissue was all over the floor, the floor itself was super dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned or picked up properly in days! Once I returned to the table, where he was still waiting for the check, I asked the hostess to get our waitress. The waitress once again stated she was bartending too. Yes, to 3 people as the other people who had been seated after us had received their food, ate & was gone before we even received our check. We haven't been to TGIFRIDAYS in a very long time and while passing thru we decided to stop at this establishment. The food was fast and good. The drinks were good too! But, our servers Katie and Mia became a pain in the A$$. Once you deliver the food and we are set, please leave us alone to enjoy our meal. These two kept bugging us every minute to see if we needed anything else. They turned what could have been a great experience into a distressing experience. Even though they only had one server, she was working very quickly, and the service did not take very long. The food was pretty well for my party; the steak was a little rare. The place inside is very nice and newly renovated. However, I have a few words for the management and the owners. They spent so much money on renovating the building instead of trying to hire more employees. One server should not be working their butt off just to keep the restaurant open. I can bet she is being paid minimum wage as well. All the reviews go back to 10 years ago and mentioned understaffing, so why did management decide to spend money on renovations instead of hiring? It's very unfair to the employees who get payed minimum wage as-well as being overworked. read more

Went in hoping for a nice sit down dinner after hard work in the yard all day. We were lied to about wait time, if 20 minutes was the real wait time- that would have been okay- however 35 minutes later- and very dirty tables made us think this wasn't going to go well. The only thing consistent about this location is that everything is inconsistent. Sometimes the food is good, other times it's barely cooked. Sometimes the servers are amazing, other times it takes 15 minutes to get drinks. I wouldn't waste your time and gamble whether you'll get a good experience. read more

Came to this for lunch and our table of five was seated quickly and our drink orders taken promptly. The waitress took our appetizer order and it was also delivered promptly. Only one person at our table was receiving refills while the rest of us went ignored. We finished our appetizer without her returning to take our orders. We finished our appetizers and flagged her down and told her we were ready she asked "for the check?" Um no to order, she acknowledged that we had been sitting there long enough to order and finish but lacked the self awareness to know it was her fault we were no where near ready for the check. The food finally arrived and there was no complaints about the food but the service made the experience less than stellar. read more

I ordered some moz sticks and a cobb salad for lunch. I intended it to be both my lunch and dinner later. Moz sticks were SO GOOD. But I only ate half, because.. you know, I had a plan. Cobb salad came. Bacon looked uncooked. Smelled raw. Felt raw. I tried to scoop it off my plate and ignore it. Server came and cheerfully asked me how everything was. I said "I don't think the bacon is cooked". She said "Oh, did you want cooked bacon?" Shocked, I asked if it was typically raw and she said it was, at least on the salads. She scurried away to get me cooked bacon. I googled "Can you eat raw bacon?" and found that no... no you should not. Food born illnesses and all that. The cooked bacon came, but all I could think of was that I had scooped the raw bacon with my fork, and it had touched my lettuce... and I suddenly had to fight a gag reflex.... and I asked for a box... but then I decided I could never eat that salad. The manager did take it off my bill, so I paid $12 plus tip for half an order of moz (I couldn't envision even bringing that home or finishing the moz sticks at that point) and an iced tea. Always enjoyed TGIFridays but after this last visit we probably won't be back. They changed the whole menu, no more green beans or pretzels. Limited steak, and chicken items. Horrible food, horrible service, bacon burger was hot on the outside stone cold in the middle, fries not even warm tasted stale, butter noodles were definitely microwaved in the pre portioned ball the cooks prepped it in, sitting in a pool of butter, dry and rubbery the only thing really edible was the Coke Zero. The 4 tables around us still had dirty dishes and half eaten food on them, we stayed for about 30-45 minutes and all that stuff was still there when we left... so nasty. Never going back. Management needs to step up instead of dicking around all day. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch and had shrimp and chicken Cajun pasta. It was cold out and the Cajun seasoning had just the right amount of heat to warm me from the inside. The service was extremely slow even with 2 waitresses assigned to our table. We had to request drink refills. The waitresses were nowhere to be found most of our visit. The chicken was burnt and was sent back, the fries were cold, and the boneless wings were basically chicken nuggets with a little sauce. We ended up asking a food runner for our bill because our waitresses were MIA again. A Manger brought our bill but didn't separate it so we ended up waiting again. Our visit lasted 2 hours which was about an hour longer than we hoped. The place was NOT busy. read more

Asked for the manager then proceeded to ask her what temp steak did she see on my plate she started medium. I explained I wanted medium well she offered to replace I said no because it had already had been sent back. She took it off my check Good move. Pleasantly surprised by how good the food was here. I am usually disappointed in most restaurant chains like this and it's been a long time since I went to a Friday's, but the food was really good, reasonably priced, very clean establishment and great service. I look forward to going back! I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken "a sauteed chicken breast basted with caesar vinaigrette dressing, then finished with a parmesan crust topping. served with three-cheese tortelloni tossed in spinach alfredo sauce and a side of our fresh tomato mozzarella salad." My only complaint was that the side of tortellini pasta was cold, but that's my only complaint! We did go at an odd time, at like 2 pm and we were one of the very few people there. I think there were only one or two other customers. So maybe avoid going at a busy time and you will have good experience! read more

If it would let me give zero stars I would for this place. the waiter only came around twice , never gave or ask if we need refills. the Mac in cheese was so salty that alls you tasted was salt... the boneless wings barley had any sauce on them. Just tasted like plain wings. The mixed drink I ordered was so watered down it was ridiculous... ordered a strawberry lemonade slushy and it tasted like my straw was in strawberry puree... no lemonade aide at all Also upon arrival they set us @ a dirty table and said they be back to move the dishes and clean it ... and let me tell you about these 8oz steaks there not even 8oz it like two damn bite but swore it was 8oz... and they wasn't even busy took a damn hour to receive the food. read more

Friday's is one of my favorite places. I love the Jack Daniel wings, the Friday's shrimp and the hot fudge brownie. Now to add to that will be the Beyond Burger. The Beyond Burger is a plant base burger. It was really good. All meat eaters like I am should give this burger a try. read more

For a chain restaurant, and coming from a self proclaimed foodie, TGIFridays is one of my favorites! Good drinks, good service, consistent food. Yuck! ! Just pulled a long blond hair out of my Ruben sandwich for lunch! Thank goodness my wife saw it before I bit into it! Sent it back! Let's see what happens. It took forever to get the initial order!! My wife ordered the strawberry vinaigrette salad, later they came back to say they were out of strawberries! (Offered 20% off) seems like they are always out of some ingredient of a food order! Place seems to be on a downhill slide Follow up, the very nice manager came to our table, and took care of our bill, and sincerely apologized for all the problems. Great customer relations. Your standard TGIF. So, since it's standard I'm going to briefly bitch about the menu. I'm getting tired of the endless app changes. Price keeps going up and the options keep reducing (only 4 at time of this review) My kids love the endless apps because they can get only that and no other BS. My kids do not eat the 15 bucks worth......we'll maybe my son does. Holy cow that boy has a stomach that extends down into his leg or something. Anyway, we've only ever had troubles with one server here. She treated us like shit on one visit, then had us waiting while she sat down in the booth behind us and had a conversation with her friends(family?) in the second. It pissed my wife off something fierce and we complained to the manager. The situation was resolved thanks to a sharp as a tack manager. Since we are repeat customers, we avoid her section on ever visit preferring the other side of the restaurant. All the other servers have been really nice. read more

Out of 5 of us, only the kid with chicken tenders and fries really liked his food. Overall, everything was okay, but not great. Lettuce was wilted, sandwiches way oversauced, ingredients missing altogether, etc. By far the worst part was the womens restroom. I dont know who "Travis" is, but he LIES about cleaning that bathroom every Thursday on the checklist behind the door. There was a ring in the toilet, sticky floors, and filth basically everywhere.
