There will always be a little trickle, but after rain, it's a full waterfall. The paths can be a little treacherous and slippery so wear hiking boots and I recommend walking sticks if you have them. You can use the All Trails app if you're not familiar with the areas. The trails are well kept and pretty well marked. If you go in the morning, watch out for spider webs.
