My son loved the play area and fun chairs, however didn't like sitting alone when it was his turn. Trish was very patient and flexible with letting us get comfortable, and you can tell it's not her first rodeo working with kids. I ended up having to hold my son on my lap while she worked, and he ended up leaning his head on my chest during the entire appointment. The cut isn't completely even, but I understand his head was tilted and I was in the way due to holding him, so I'm not too bothered by it. I had to reduce a star because she was behind schedule and there was hair everywhere from previous customers. All slots are 15 min long, and she was behind schedule due to earlier cuts taking longer from rowdy kids and the fact that many of the appts were first time cut packages where she has to make a balloon, take a pic, print the certificate, etc etc. Trish definitely did her best, in my opinion, but there was a backlog of appointments due to this. They should really allot more time for first cut packages. She definitely looked rushed in cleaning the car chairs between customers. The print quality of the pic was also grainy on portions of the pic, unfortunately. They might just need to refill their ink.

I was unnerved when I walked in the door. Several drivers waited patiently for a spot to open only to watch as other drivers swooped in to grab an open spot. That's just not done; it's unsafe; and it happened three times. That is the truth, not a "discriminatory" comment about her neighborhood. That corner of Greenville has become too congested for the traffic, and Richardson has not invested in infrastructure. No worries. I would never return to this shop or the area. The manager was rude and fabricates. She overcharged me for a dry trim. The parking on weekends is unsafe.
