It takes a lot to impress us as we had an unbeatable hole in the wall Chinese food place in Ogden but this place SURPASSED IT! Only one Thai staff member, and the food is kind of Americanized for those who have spent a lot of time eating street food in thailand, but it IS good and the service is amazing. my favourite asain fusion place to eat in Airdrie. everything was authentic, tasty, the menu has so many choices for you. they accommodate so well with Gluten free selections and any dietary restrictions as well. their staff is friendly and again, really accommodating. not very many asain places do so many dietary accommodations but this place, hands down amazing. go try it out for yourselves and you will not regret. read more

We ordered take out from Thai Charm tonight and it was good! We got an assortment of pad Thai and a couple different curries. Everything was really tasty. Tip: the curries did not come with rice, so if you want rice with your curry be sure to order! Overall, this is a good option if your wanting Thai on the north side and don't want to drive all the way into town! read more

We are regular Thai food fans for at least 30 years. This is not authentic thai food but is quite tasty. For example the penang curry is not penang curry but is an enjoyable dish. I do not claim to be an Thai food expert, but I can honestly say this is he most disappointing Thai food I have ever had. It's as though the chef knew about what Thai food was supposed to taste like but decided to water everything down. There are staples in which a Thai restaurant need to do well 1)Green curry - not worth trying here; 2) basil chicken - bland and boring; 3) coconut rice - all they did was add some coconut milk to the rice after it was cooked... I would highly recommend that this restaurant focus on making their food taste the way it's supposed to, and that will attract a bigger customer base. For a $50 meal I expected to be satisfied, but now I know that will not be spending any more money at this restaurant so at least I have that going for me. read more

Service doesn't match the quality of the food. Ordered my meal online at around 6pm and paid over the phone. Food was supposed to be delivered at 7pm and when it hadn't shown by 7:25pm I called. I was told that they were "really busy" and that they were "running behind". I asked how long it was going to take and I was told about another hour. I don't know any take out restaurant that takes 2.5 hours to make food and deliver it. Then I was told if I come pick it up it can be ready in 20 minutes. I get to the restaurant 10 minutes after I hang up the phone and surprise, surprise...my food is cooked, bagged and sitting on the counter. Not only that, there were only 2 other delivery orders on the counter next to mine. While the food quality was good, I don't appreciate the lies I was told by the restaurant. I love Thai food, so I was excited when this place opened up. My first order was salad rolls to start, and pad Thai. The menu says it has a "homemade" sauce. It was terrible! I wanted to give it a chance, so I ate my meal while trying to block out the smell of dog food. Needless to say, I felt sick after eating the meal. I felt even more sick when the bill came to about $40 including tip for two people. On a positive note, the place looks great and the waitress was very nice! read more

I recently got a take out order, which included deep fried chicken balls. I had already eaten one when I noticed that when I bit into the second one it was raw in the middle. When I advised the restaurant I was put on the phone with what I assume was either the owner or chef, who offered only to give me another order....NO THANK YOU!!! I hope I do not get sick. I have saved the rest of the food and have photos and will be reporting this to the health department. read more

We ordered a dinner for 3 take out from the Thai Charm Eatery for the very first time as we thought it would be nice to try something different, it really wasn't. To start with, we drove across Airdrie to pick up our order and once we got home discovered everything was incorrect. As we all know people make mistakes and it wouldn't normally be a big deal but when we returned to have our order corrected, the lady working there proceeded to tell us that the mistake was ours and she gave us exactly what we ordered (dinner for 2). After all that we had to wait for them to make our correct order and they didn't even bother to apologize for the mix up as it couldn't have been their mistake. As far as the food is concerned, it was ok for the most part but I have definitely had better Thai food and for much cheaper then the $85 plus tax that we paid for this run around. Needless to say I don't think I will be back here again and probably won't recommend it to anyone else. read more

Thai Charm is our go to take out. The pad Thai is great as well as the vegetarian spring rolls. Food is great, our two year old daughter gets super excited for Pad Thai, we just can't buy it as often as it is a bit pricey. That being said portion size is big for take out so one container feeds my husband, daughter and myself for under $20 if necessary. read more

When we go to Thai Charm we always receive the best service. Their Pad Thai, Druken Noodles and shrimp salad rolls are amazing. It's nice that you can control how spicy you want your dish to be. This is great for me as I am the biggest baby when I comes to spicy food. The wait is never long when waiting for a table or your food. Our server is always very prompt and efficient when it comes to getting us more drinks or clearing our table. read more

I ordered yellow curry with beef. The menu says it comes with mixed veggies and potatoes. I had 2 pieces and hubby had 1 piece. The amount of Onion was about 10 times of the potatoes. The beef was ok, not a lot, more than 3 pieces. The sauce was very very watery and Lack of flavor. The dish was $16, very over priced for under cooked veggies swim in watery sauce that does not have flavor. I'd try something else but not the yellow curry again.
