This is the third time I've had lunch at Thai chili. I always get the L7 with tofu. . It's always delicious and I love their salad dressing for the main dish. Very consistently good. I really should try the other entrées but I love the L7 garlic pepper with tofu. Just the right amount for lunch. The prices are good too. The service is excellent and they are very attentive. I highly recommend this wonderful place for lunch. read more

Best green curry I have ever had. Great staff and a pretty setting: perfect for a date or family dinner. My family has been eating here for years. Excellent food, excellent service and they always remember my family when we go and even what we like to drink and eat. Last weekend my family had a surprise birthday party for me and had Thai Chili cater it. Everyone raved about the food. Thank you Thai Chili family for making a great night better with my favorite food! It's unfortunate that Nicole C is allowed to review on Yelp. Based on her review track record she has nothing good to say about just about every place she reviews. Even the Motel 6 she stayed at I encourage all Thai Chili loyal customers to respond and show support. I'm not going to let crazy ruin a good families business reputation. The wait is sometimes long but overall I enjoy Thai Chili and is one of my favorite Thai spots to eat at. I usually order the crab fried rice, Pad Kee Mow, and the Tom Yum soup. The crab lagoon are also fantastic. I live right around the corner and come pretty much one a month if not more. Very good Thai food. read more

This was our second trip there and it was a disaster! We put our name on the list, patiently waited 20 minutes and then they start to seat people who had just arrived. We let them know and they seated us too. We proceed to order and because they're typically slow I made a point to order soup as that requires them putting it in to a bowl and on to our table. Fifteen minutes later the people seated after us received their full meal while we were waiting for soup...Another 15 minutes goes by and we left. Everyone after us served and we still had just water. I asked about our food and they said was coming up. We left and went to Tangs. Guess Thai Chili was a little upset we wanted to be seated and not overlooked. Will never go back. read more

We came on sat May 20th 2017 around 7ish pm. Food is good but really really bad service. We waited for 15min I had to say something to the server for her to get aleast our server. She said he be right out. By the way he never came out we had to leave.... But a big party of Asians. Don't want to a sound racist came in and they took there drinks quick. We waited for a long time. Wanted Thai so Yelp reviews brought us here. Ordered: fried tofu, pad si iu, gai kua and tom kha soup. First, the servings are large, second the flavors were delicious. Restaurant: clean, nicely furnished Bathroom: clean Food: 4 stars Service: 3 stars Took a while to get a refill of water, server we asked for refill was not friendly. Our server was friendly. I really like Thai food so I've tried a lot of places, and many are good, but none compare to Thai Chili! I can't recommend this place enough, everything on the menu that I've had is fantastic! My friends and I go here for our birthdays. We used to go to a Thai place in Redlands, but Thai Chili is much closer with MUCH better service( the other place: 2 of the servers kept reaching over my glass of water...arm pit and everything). The food here was 3 stars average at best. The service was terrible! I have been there twice because I always want to give a restaurant more than one chance to get it right, but the second time I was there, only one other table was occupied by 2 patrons. I was alone, yet I was ignored for quite some time waiting to be seated and again a long wait to place my order. After I finally received my food, the waitress did not check on me even one time. Then after I was finished, I finally tracked her down to bring my check. I won't be back! read more

We go to Thai Chili's a lot. The food is great and so is the service! We mostly get our food as take out and they have NEVER messed up our order! I know, hard to believe!! The food is so good I can't stop coming back. The place seems to always be packed wether you're dining in or ordering out. The staff doesn't speak very good English so it can be hard to understand if you don't already know what you're ordering. The staff is cordial and professional although seemingly not going out of their way to be too friendly. During their rush hours it can be hard to get anyone's attention in even asking how long the wait will be. Not much of a waiting area nor a manageable hostess process. Good food is good food and these are things I put up with when I want good Thai! The portions are large, I always leave with leftovers. There is nothing that compares to this from the many other restaurants I have tried. My favorites are the orange Chicken, Chicken Pato, Beef Pad Su Ew, and the pineapple red curry roasted duck. Some of the best Thai food I've ever had!!!! We ordered the Pad Thai extra spicy and Fried Rice with a Thai Coffee and Thai Tea. Wooo hoooo the Pad Thai was HOT! Perfect! The Fried Rice was delicious perfection topped with fresh cucumber. The perfect antidote to the uber hot Pad Thai. Both rhe coffee & tea were perfectly balanced. The food is great, but the service sucks. We placed our order then 1/2 hour goes by on a Wednesday night so not to busy the finally 3 out of 4 meals show up! We as a family like to wait til everyone has their food, well 15 minutes go by and we haven't seen our waitress, someone else noticed that we didn't have our food then stops and says oh your food will be right out. Well that was another 10 minutes. By that time everyone else's food is cold. We've been coming here several times and yet the service has been horrible. So we thought to give it another chance only to be let down by the lack of service. Then its another 15-20 to try to get your bill. Great food but horrible service. Been coming here for years, usually always good. The portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up a bit but usually a go to spot for me. One of the best favored orange chicken dishes around but the chicken pieces are smaller and smaller and tons of breading now :-( Excellent hot pots/soups, good lunch specials. Some of the server are really nice, some of them are a bit rude. I really dislike getting the one middle aged man with the weird voice as a waiter, he doesn't let you make any changes OR wants to charge you extra for everything. Decent food, chilly customer service. We came at lunch and ordered a pad thai and mango sticky rice. An hour later, still no food. The waitresses act off-put by every request and were nowhere to be found most of the time. A couple seated after us were served some time before us. A lot of sitting and waiting, they never even refilled our drinks. Come here if you have a lot of time on your hands. Due to a change in management of my favorite local Thai restaurant, my friend and I were on a mission to find a new place to satisfy our Thai food cravings. This restaurant was a bit further than what we were used to, but the visit was worth it. Yelp reviews were accurate and the restaurant had a steady flow of traffic. The atmosphere was clean, serene and peaceful, especially with the water fountain near the entrance. The food was prepared to our liking with a good sized menu with the perfect variety. The male server was very friendly and attentive to our needs-he kept checking on us to make sure that the food was to our liking and informed us that they also have a "thai-spicy level" vs "american spicy" because of the many complaints from the Westernized palates. We asked for some thai chilis in fish sauce on the side which he informed us that the restaurant does not always carry. The prices were decent, good-size shrimp in the shrimp dishes, just wish there were a few more. The cook is very generous with the sauce in each dish and they do not try to cheat you out of the steamed rice, which accompany the entrees. Some restaurants tend to omit the rice without asking the customers under the assumption that the fried rice order is enough. In this case, the fried rice we ordered was a tad small for the three of us so we ended up using all of the steamed rice. We ordered the thai beef salad, spicy chili shrimp, and Thai fried rice with BBQ pork. They listed Chinese broccoli used in the dishes that traditionally come with it, which is always a great sign. The only complaint would be the female server-she presented as if she were forced to serve the customers. The few times she interacted with our table came across as forced and pressured. It was our first time there and within minutes of being seated she asked if we were ready. We told her we needed a minute and she walked away without saying a word as if this irritated her. Then while we were packing our to go containers, she comes to the table to retrieve the credit card slip...what is the rush??? Yes we did sign it and left a very nice tip. This was not during lunch rush so there was not a high demand for our table. Had it not been for her, the visit would have been perfect. We will definitely return to try some more menu items with the hope of either better service from her or no interaction with her. read more

My 2 daughters and I eat here at least once a week. The food is very delicious. One time it was so crowded and as I waited I befriended a stranger who was there from Laguna Beach just visiting some friends in Yucaipa and there was only one table available and we even joked about sharing the table so we wouldn't have to wait. But I got my booth about a minute later, but absolutely great food. The waitresses are very nice and always smile and joke with us. My favorite is the spicy eggplant dish and my daughter loves the garlic beef and fried rice. I love papaya salad too. read more

The food is really good and if you go at lunch time their lunch prices are really good. My husband and I have been going her for a couple of years now. However the service is lack luster. They are always moody. Lately we have just called in our order. The last time however, we tried calling for 30 min and just got the busy tone. Figuring that it was just off the hook, I headed over there and figured I would run an errand after I ordered the food. When I walked in they asked me if I was there to pick up an order, I said no. Then they said John? I said no I need to place an order. Then she goes, "what you want?" I tell her and she said is would be twenty minutes. I came back 30 minutes later and John showed up too. He said he couldn't get ahold of them either. John waited for about 10 minutes with me, and then he finally got his order. I waited another 20 and got my order. We did tell them their phone was busy, and they said they were taking a big order. Hmmmm takes 30 minutes is a long time for someone to order. When we got home the food wasn't the typical Thai Chili food that we order. We decided that this place was not worth our time or money any longer. read more

I used to like this place but since they expanded their service it's been not good at all, they don't have enough servers, food takes forever and they usually forget something, they don't care to apologize or give you discount for the inconvenience. I have children and sometimes they don't want to eat there so we used to grab something else for them take it there and eat together as a family until the guy with the lisp started complaining about no outside food even though we would still buy two entries, sorry to say that I will not be going there anymore. read more
