Thai Delight in Springdale was a standout experience. Connie is friendly, talkative, and clearly proud of the restaurant, which makes sense once you taste the food. She and her family are from Thailand, and the kitchen leans hard into that heritage. We started with the Thai eggrolls, which came out hot and freshly made with a dipping sauce that hit a nice balance; not overly sweet, with just enough heat. My partner ordered the Pad Thai and I had the Thai Nut, and both were the best versions of those dishes we've had anywhere. Big, layered flavors and very fresh ingredients. They are upfront that this is not fast food; everything is cooked to order and it shows. Connie runs the front of the house and brings a lot of high-energy enthusiasm. Expect some bold claims about having the best Thai food outside Bangkok and strong opinions about other places, it's part of the personality of the place. We were even treated to a mini ice cream at the end of the meal, which was a nice touch. Overall: fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I'm a huge Thai food fan and eat it pretty regularly, but wow - Thai Delight blew me away! The flavors here are seriously some of the most authentic I've had anywhere around. Turns out there's a good reason - "Mom," the owner, is actually from Thailand and cooks everything herself with such care. You can taste the difference immediately - none of that greasy, overly sweet stuff you get at other places. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, like you're sitting at someone's family dinner table. Mom and her daughter Connie are just the sweetest people too. I randomly popped in with my laptop looking for a quiet lunch spot, and I honestly feel lucky I chose this place among all the Thai options in Springdale. It's a small, unassuming restaurant, but that's part of its charm. Even Walmart folks drive down from Bentonville for lunch here - I chatted with a couple who said they love it so much they bring their families back for dinner! This is the best Thai food I have ever had! New place. The cook today was just precious. 74 years young and came to introduce herself. Everything was made fresh by her. My son and I split the steamed dumplings and they were yummy with some crunchy toppings. We were each served a bottled water and some cabbage and mushroom soup. Not sure what type of mushrooms but they were delicious. My son had #11 Pad See-Ewe and I had #10 Pad Thai Noodles Ruim Mitt was given to us for dessert. Very interesting mix of fruits. So glad I got to experience with my son. Had 3 boxes of leftovers so sharing with my husband tonight. Each meal was served with a spring roll (I think)! Driving through town and found this little gem of a place before we reached our hotel. Having lived and traveled extensively in Thailand, I can say without a doubt, this is authentic Thai food. We ordered the Spring Rolls, Pad Thai (with chicken and shrimp), Panang Curry (with chicken). All of it was nice and spicy (Make You Cry Spicy level) and I'll be definitely coming back to this place. The building sits on a corner of an intersection and just looks like someone's house. Their sign on the front of the building is quite small and easy to miss but, are we ever happy that we came here. And, on the Yelper who left a 1 Star review due to their Pho experience, perhaps you should go to a Vietnamese restaurant if you actually want authentic Pho... just saying... read more

This place is a Dimond in the rough.. excellent personal service from the owner and chef, she explained from her culture and place of birth to the difference in her style of cooking and ingrediente that make her food different than everyone else. Prices are very reasonable, but most of all the food is to die for. Flavor is perfect and ingredients are fresh. Do not be fooled from the outside as it is not to attractive but trust me you won't regret trying this place. Owners name is Connie and her mother is the the cook.. This little place is like walking into a Thai home for a good meal. Little, like only 5 tables. It's run by a 74-year mom (the chef) and her daughter (the host). The daughter is so kind and welcoming the moment you walk in the door, she knows her regulars by name. The dish prices are ridiculously reasonable. We got the red curry at medium spicy level and it was perfect. We also got the volcano chicken, which is a good dish for children as an intro to Thai food. Complimentary soup before the meal, and free spring rolls even somehow made it to our table. Guys, this is a place that we need to make sure stays open!! read more

I am usually weary of restaurants that claim they are authentic because I'm not sure that I'll like the food! I ordered the vegetable pad Thai with no egg and let me tell you that this was the BEST pad Thai I have ever eaten. The vegetables were fresh and there were plenty of them, too (not skimpy). I enjoyed an educational conversation with the owner and her mother. Sweet, sweet ladies and very attentive. Hands down the best Thai food I've ever had anywhere. I've only been a few times but they treat us like family, absolutely fantastic atmosphere. You can really tell they pour their heart and soul into the art of Thai food, and it shows on culinary display. You'll be satisfied with any choice off the menu, but I would recommend the green curry and the mango sticky rice. I've told all of my coworkers to check this restaurant out and I plan to return with more of them to enlighten them to the simple delights of authentic Thai food. read more

I went there yesterday for lunch and i immediately felt welcomed. Connie gave great guidance when it came to ordering which made it easier for me since it was my first time there. I had their pad Thai which was amazing and tasted so refreshing. They included an egg roll and a cream cheese roll which were the perfect amount of crispy on the outside. I recently moved to NWA with my boyfriend, and dining here has been some of the most fun I've had here. The owner was extremely warm and kind.
