raw food within order I ordered pad kee mao not raw kee mao. This is upsetting when I usually choose you guys for this dish get it together just because a 3rd party service is used doesn't mean quality shouldn't be matched to in person dining.

I wanted chineese for dinner I usually get sesame chicken but I decided to go for the pad Thai this time the one good thing bout this place is that it is open later then most chineese restaurants which is great this is the first time trying this restaurant its next to a few bars on Lorain but it's pretty quiet to be honest the inside is what you would normally see in a restaurant nothing fancy the guy that did the order was very nice and soft spoken overall the pad thai was very good I added yum yum sauce which made it that much more tastier I would recommend and give this place a try if you in the area or just looking for something to eat.

Mango bubble tea, honeydew bubble tea, and strawberry bubble tea (from left to right)

Impeccable service and wonderfully cooked food, need I say more? The restaurant itself has a cozy vibe and is very clean.

Fresh/Summer Roll (Basil Roll) was delivered as a giant broken "log."

We ordered through Chownow for delivery (Order #230959336) and we ordered a Basil Roll, Tom Yum, Pad Satay and for good measure a General Tsos to mix it up. The Tom Yum soup was good, but everything else was pretty rough. The Basil Roll was delivered as a giant broken log. The Pad Satay had zero peanut sauce (kitchen trying to save a few dollars?), and the General Tsos was thai-hot soy sauce and chicken. Not sure if the place had a bad night, or lowers their quality of standard for delivery at times, but this is not good Thai food. The cost isn't cheap, so I really encourage others to spend their money elsewhere.

When I arrived the door was locked. A sign and a doorbell. Hmm. What the heck. I hit the button. And within two minutes the lady arrived. She goes to get my order and after ten mins. She comes back. Oh. Did I forget to mention that it was 28 degrees out. Street Parking was completely packed due to bars in the area. I had to wait in the cold. This place should reconsider keeping people in the cold. The food tasted good. I ordered veggie fried rice and Tom Yum soup. The rice was cooked good and the soup tasted great. The right amount of spice. I really enjoyed it. But my problem is. I won't go back as long as it's cold outside. What a shame. Since the food tasted good.

    Appetizers to start!

My NEW favorite Thai restaurant on the west side of cleveland. They have a great combination menu fir lunch, an appetizer, meal and a drink fir $11.95...did I mention there is enough food to share. I had the veggie spring rolls, veggie pad Thai and the Thai iced tea with milk...I highly recommend the tea. So the next time you are craving pad Thai, chicken satay or pad see yu, head over to Kamms Corner and come to The Thai Elephant fir authentic home cooked Thai food. Oh and the elevator music is jockey

My rating for Thai Elephant's food is 4 stars. I did delivery through the Yelp app, which is really Grubhub. My rating for the delivery is 3 stars. A couple of Fridays ago, I had driven from Markham to Cleveland. I checked in at the hotel and didn't feel like driving to grab some dinner. I wanted a quiet evening at the hotel without being behind the wheel. The last time I had ordered dinner through the Yelp app was in Anaheim in 2016. To me, ordering is a treat. I don't do it often. I tend to be either on vacation or on a business trip. Thai Elephant had a favourable rating. I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the following items: - Fried potstickers (five) - Steamed dumplings (eight) - Thai-style fried rice with chicken I had ordered at 7 pm. I got confirmation in a e-mail saying that the estimated delivery time was 8:15 pm. Cool. Roughly twenty minutes later, the estimated delivery time was changed to 8:30 pm. I was okay with it, although I was getting hungry. 8:30 pm came and went. The delivery person showed up at 8:45 pm. I was relieved and hungry. I thanked him for the food and went to chow down. Frankly, I feel that placing a dinner order and waiting for nearly two hours to get it within a major city to be an exceptionally long wait. The food here, on the other hand, was delicious. With the potstickers, you have the option of getting them fried or steamed. I went with the former. They weren't fried to death, which I appreciated. You got a decent amount of chicken and cabbage in each potsticker. The potstickers came with this amazing sweet and sour black soy sauce mix. It made everything extra tasty. I also ordered what were dubbed dumplings. I got them steamed instead of fried. They looked like little scallops with a thin wrapper holding the ground pork and onions together. They were okay. They also came with that special sweet and sour black soy sauce. After dipping each dumpling in this sauce, they were yummier. The Thai-style fried rice was amazing. You got a lot of chicken breast meat. Frankly, you got a generous amount of everything. I ate it all. I asked that the onions be held. I looked at the photo and it looked like they were huge chunks of onion and I didn't want to ward off the world. Sadly, the folks also cut out the green onions, which I wanted. Anyway, it came with peas, carrots, and fried egg. This dish was super tasty. I especially loved how yummy the fried egg came out. I highly recommend ordering this dish. Perhaps when I am back in Cleveland, I will dine in this restaurant instead of doing delivery. Other than the horrible wait time to get my order, the food made that issue and my hunger pangs fade away quickly. (396)

Well originally I wanted to try the famous polish boy sandwich but the restaurant was close for dinner. Since I saw Thai restaurants around Cleveland this one was the only one that was open for dining and surprisingly the owner is Caucasian and not Thai. Anyways do come here cuz the food is actually delicious and actually less expensive than eating Thai food in Chicago. Anyways I ordered a interesting red curry their version where they have crispy fried chicken next to tofu Tom kha so far looks delicious. Do come here now that pandemic restrictions are down

Nothing too special inside, however the food makes up for it! It was our first visit and we tried the crab Rangoon, thai style basil chicken, and pad peanut; all dishes came out quickly and had wonderful flavor. The servers were very friendly and attentive. They served large portions that included white rice. Would return and eat here again!

I see there is no alcohol served; can we BYOB?

That is a very good question. Yes, you can certainly BYOB to enjoy our Thai food. Thank you!

What is the sweet and sour?

It's pretty much a blend of sugar, vinegar and soy.

Two page menu gave plenty of options, but it wasn't overkill like many Chinese food menus. Red curry w/ jasmine rice I ordered the Pineapple fried rice, which was delicious, w/ chicken veggies & curry & a zero spice level. Others tried: Vegetable stir fry w/ white Jasmine rice on side (spice level 1) & Yellow curry veggie (delish) with rice on side (spice level 2), & Red Curry veggie w/ rice (level 3/5). It was nice you can pick level of spice on any dish. The level 2&3 was too much for me, 1 woulda been perfect. Servers were very polite & very much on it. We sat over 2 hrs & they refilled drinks the whole time. The prices were probably in range w/ other Thai places but a tad high ($16 for ours) if I compare to a fast casual Mexican or Chinese which give just as much portion.

I took the recommendation of our server on dish and chose a nice spicy curry and was not disappointed. While it was not as spicy as I would have hoped, he told me how to order it hotter the next time. The flavor combinations and the depth of flavor was so amazing. Are crab Rangoon has outdone every other crab Rangoon I've ever had. At this point, I could name other places where I thought their crab Rangoon was amazing... And at this point they no longer even hold a candle. A nice hearty crab chunks mixed in with the cream cheese sauce and filling, and it's just to die for. The dessert of the sticky rice with mango was sweet and thick and filling and just rich beyond description. The lighting is soft and easy in the eyes, the colors on the walls are pleasant and pink and oranges and brown purples, sounds a pleasant to listen to everybody cooking in the music, while faster and hip-hop was not distracting. I quite enjoyed listening to it, listening to Thailand versions of American hits. It was quite an enjoyable experience all around. We look forward to coming back.

It is also open on Mondays unlike many other restaurants in the area. The restaurant has a very cute mural outside. Inside it's very colorful and has cute Thai art on the walls. It's definitely a place that looks authentic. I read the menu while inside and it had so many choices including cocktails and many food options. Many choices for any taste! I was really looking forward to trying Thai food here. Unfortunately, I ended up walking in and out due to disappointing service or the lack thereof. When I walked in (almost at 7 PM), there was a long line of diners that were not acknowledged. They were confused and asking each other where to wait and who will take their table reservation. It was very unclear where the hostess is, where to pick up orders, or wait for a table. The restaurant is very small and was overpacked on a Monday night. I had to wait an extremely long time right in front of the hostess to be acknowledged. The wait time for a table was 45 minutes to 1 hour. The wait for to go order was also 45 minutes. I would probably wait but it was scorching hot inside despite it being it being the 70's outside. I was hoping that the service would be more attentive. My suggestion to anyone visiting is to figure out a time when they're not busy. The food is probably very good, but get ready for not so good service and extended waits.

As someone who has visited Thailand and is familiar with Southeast Asian flavors, I found that the dishes here leaned much sweeter than how it's traditionally made, but they were still good. We tried the Boat Noodles and Khao Soi, both very flavorful. The portions are good but I find that both needed much more broth. It's a cute space, plus great cocktail and mocktail options
