Terrible customer service! My husband and I were craving Thai food and ordered delivery through Yelp. After an hour (12 minutes past expected delivery time) I called the restaurant to check the status of the order and the man that answered the phone informed me that they have no delivery drivers available and will have to cancel my order. The man was very rude, didn't apologize nor offer me any incentive to keep me as a customer just wanted to cancel my order. The Thai Ragoon was very good, a little overdone but they are generous with the cream cheese/crab filling. The Thai fried rice with beef was a generous portion with a good meat/veggie to rice ratio. I also ordered a shimp/chicken panang medium spicy. The dish was made up primarily off green beans and chunks of green pepper. The shrimp still had the tails and the chicken was decent. The panang curry was lackluster and was missing that familiar thick coconut milk flavor typical of this dish. I've tried this place twice, and really wanted to like it but I can't. The Lahb Gai was way too minty and just didn't taste right. Massaman curry was also not seasoned quite right, it tasted watered down and the flavor wasn't developed at all. Same for the Panang curry. Service isn't that great either.
