Lin was my masseuse. and she did an amazing job. I have been to quite a few massage parlors out here in Las Vegas, and I will say that she took her time to understand where all the muscles were in. Which ones were the problem. I haven't had a massage in over two years because the last one that I went to. Did not treat me well, but here was absolutely out of the park amazing. I have had severe back pain and shoulder pain. She took it all away I highly recommend you ask for her!!! read more

I have been to a multiple massage therapist and different businesses that offer massages but Thai Massage Pro is by far the best. My therapist name was Paula and she was excellent. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage this is the place. I need a deep tissue massage due to the many injuries I have sustained over the years from sports to accidents etc.... Hands only will not cut it for me. Paula's feet are absolutely amazing. Again if you are looking for a deep tissue massage then Thai Massage Pro is the place to go. Thank you Paula!!! read more

Booked a couples Swedish massage for my husband and I .. it was our first time doing any kind of massage and our service today was amazing! The massage was rough but amazing at the same time LOL! We needed this but I can tell she knew where I was tense because she would work around where I needed relief , my husband also loved his massage. #1...they do not take CLASS PASS. I had to cancel my reservation as I checked in and got charged $35 for doing that. I did stay and paid on my own. I got a great massage despite the communication issues. I would return again and would recommend trying it out. read more

Update for 2023:Still my go-to place for massages. Miki did a wonderful job for a 90 minutes massage. My back was so tight and I did not feel good going back to work with all the stiffness I was experiencing. It is a quiet and clean environment which is conveniently located. Front desk personnel are always friendly and helpful. And of course the therapists are professional, efficient, informative and friendly. I will continue to support this establishment because of the excellent service. Highly recommended! read more

Thai Massage, or Thai Yoga massage, incorporates yoga-like stretching, pressure point therapy, and energy meridian work to provide an invigorating, therapeutic and deep bodywork experience. It has been practiced for centuries by Thai monks, and it forms a central component of Thai medicine.

History

Established in 2018.

Usamat Hadfield received their Thai Massage Certification from Thailand's most prestigious and oldest Thai massage temple, Wat Pho and Chetawan Medical and Thai Massage. They earned their Massage Therapist Certifications at the European Massage School in Las Vegas in 2013. Usamat also holds a Skin Care and Esthetician Certification from the San Diego Beauty School. As co-owner of Thai Spa in Las Vegas and Thai Massage Spa 2 in Henderson, Usamat Hadfield have built a large, loyal clientele of local Las Vegas residents.

I'm not sure if you were the manager handling the situation that night, but if you have cameras, I strongly encourage you to pull the footage and review what actually happened. A woman came barging out of her client's room and immediately started yelling at us to leave. She did not allow us to explain anything or even hear us out. The situation became so heated that her own employees had to step in and calm her down because she was yelling at us. So, to suggest in your response that there was some reasonable attempt to resolve the situation is simply not an accurate reflection of what we experienced. I stand by my review, and I find your comment dismissive and insulting. And if you are the manager who acted that way that night, I sincerely hope you regret how you handled the situation. No customer should be treated that way. ---------- I've been coming to East Foot Spa for almost 10 years, which is why I'm honestly so disappointed by what happened tonight. Our appointment was at 6:30 PM, but my partner and I were waiting in the room until around 6:50 because the therapists were running late. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they would make up for the time in the actual massage. The massage started off okay, but it didn't feel like the usual experience we've had there. My partner asked his therapist at least 5 times to apply more pressure. Then, to make matters worse, the massage ended 7 minutes early. I went to the front desk and calmly explained that we weren't happy with the experience. The woman at the front desk just smiled and nodded, so I finally said, "I need this addressed." They explained that we paid for a combination massage and not a deep tissue massage. We weren't arguing about what type of massage we paid for, and we weren't asking for our money back. We simply wanted to adjust the tip because the service didn't meet our expectations. The employee then went to get the owner to explain the issue to her. Instead of coming out to calmly speak with us, the owner came out yelling at us and immediately told us not to come back, all while another customer was right there. I was honestly shocked by how she handled it. We were trying to address a service issue, not cause a scene or refuse to pay. If you're the owner, I would expect you to come out, listen to the customer, and try to resolve the situation not come out yelling and telling loyal customers to leave. Another employee was asking us to lower our voices, but it's hard to stay calm when the owner is yelling at you. We were simply trying to have our concern heard. After almost a decade of coming here, I never expected to be treated this way. The massage was disappointing, but the way the owner handled the situation was honestly what made this experience so upsetting. She told us not to come back, and after tonight, we won't. It's really unfortunate because we had been loyal customers for years.

My friend got a massage and the lady lightly rubbed lotion on her and took an extremely long time to grab a towel to wipe the oil off and never had her turn over on her back. The knots she has are still there. Then at the end they pressure you for a $20 tip which I way more than 20% and definitely not worth the service. Just because this place is open late doesn't mean it's worth it. Wish I waited for the morning and went somewhere else.
