We ordered appetizers and they took forever to get to the table. The peanut sauce for the Chicken Satay was so watery and tasteless it just ran right off my chicken. We made our reservation for 5:30 because sunset happened at 7:30 and we had scheduled family pictures at a nearby beach, which were now out of the question. I ordered Pad Thai medium (2 stars) but it had absolutely no spice. I asked for crushed red pepper to spice up the Pad Thai but the server forgot to bring it to me. I had to get up from the table to ask him for it, but my food was cold by the time it arrived. When the separated bills came, they charged me for the wrong appetizer. Pretty much everything was awful. Unfortunately, there was a mandatory 20% gratuity on the bill for our size party. Being in the entertainment/service industry, my tips start at 20% for base level service but I was prepared to tip 10% had it not been included in the bill.
