The sweet & spicy flavor from the sauce was very well-incorporated into the noodles, and there were a good amount of shrimp included. The only thing I would change would be for the overall flavor of the dish to be a bit stronger. I feel like chili powder or oil would go really well with this one. Also, I really like when places include extra vegetables on top. I plan to be back here in the future to satisfy my pad thai craving! The chicken pad thai was $10.50 with tax, CASH only. I must say my expectations were low but this plate blew me away. The bottled sauces are wayyy too sugary and so the dish leans sweet. This plate is not sweet, but the flavors of this dish are centered around a sweet-savory fusion. Salty, nutty, slightly sweet tamarind sauce, the thin rice noodles soaked up the sauce and mixed with cubed chicken, green onions, egg, bean sprouts, and roasted ground peanuts and served with a lime wedge. It's definitely not as funky or fermented as the ones I had in Thailand, but it can stand on it's own where I worked in L.A.'s Thai town. I'm a huge fan and I can see myself already hunting down this truck in the future. They have a limited menu and I look forward to trying out the rest of the food.
