The last day in 915/El Paso for Christmas family time so wife and I do everything possible to visit our favorite places to eat. The business is located in a small strip mall where parking is limited. As you enter, you are taken to your table and given menus. We truly enjoy the fresh noodles ( order them when you visit) We started with egg rolls which dont have a hard shell. Mother of Cashew ordered Orange chicken with noodles and i ordered the combination plate of noodles. While waiting, they had techno music looping which was a bit annoying. The food quickly arrived and upon bite one the fresh taste burst. I had some of the orange chicken and the chicken wasn't as good as my noodles. The actual chicken had no flavor once you get past the orange covering. When you add the red pepper sauce at the table it only enhances the flavor. It's a tad pricy ($41 w/waters) for two plates yet the flavor made it worth the trip when we returned home. read more

Great customer service, delicious food, and fast service, will definitely be returning for more! We tried the soup dumplings, spicy wonton soup, and spicy Mongolian beef. All of our food choices were delicious. My 4 year old daughter loved the soup dumplings, which I'm quite surprised about because she can be picky. I went for my lunch break and was forgotten about for 30 minutes. I ordered as soon as I got there so that I would hopefully get my food fast, but instead was not checked up on for half an hour. Different & yummy! Perfect lunch stop. This is the second location of noodles & baos(dumplings) that I've visited. It was very much the same. Don't let the basic environment keep you from trying this good food. The overall look could be cleaned up, like the rope on the light fixtures that catches dust but the food is very heat hot & fresh. I ordered the chicken & pulled noodle dish. It was huge! The sauce was flavorful & lightly sweet & it had maybe bok choy & bean sprouts with ample tender chicken. Hubby had a seafood noodle soup with shrimp, imitation crab & maybe squid. Served in a big bowl & steaming hot it was impressive. We added the fried pork baos. They were handmade & resembled a biscuit stuffed with a a small amount of meatloaf. They were delicious especially dipped in the seafood soup. Took the leftovers back to the hotel near the airport & they were still tasty after microwaving for dinner. We watched through a window area as the Asian chef lady made potstickers by hand. I visited Noodles & Dumplings on Viscount to meet with a friend during lunch. The restaurant was busy but not overcrowded. The restaurant is clean and has beautiful decor. Noodles & Dumplings staff was kind and attentive. I had visited their location on Transmountain and was not impressed with their restaurant or customer service. I am glad that Noodles and Dumplings on Viscount offers much better service; their food and servings are generous. The noodles were thick and delicious. The restaurant is located at a mini-mall with ample parking. I drank hot jasmine tea, but they also offer boba. read more

I ordered the Mongolian Beef with Noodles because another review described it as "the chef's kiss". That is was NOT. The beef was tender but lacked flavor. The noodles long, oily, tasteless. The only vegetables were thinly sliced onion and some thinly sliced green peppers. I added chili oil to add flavor, it only increased greasiness. I left more than half of it on my plate and paid my bill $19.83 - ridiculous amount for lunch and a mediocre one at that. The mongolian beef was $12.99, adding noodles is an additional $4.50 (adding rice is $1.99). I will not be returning. read more

Beef fried noodle - amazing! I was surprised at the flavor, I was expecting something better than Panda Express but this was sooooo GOOD!!! Sam Sum dumpling (steamed) - delicious!!! Such good flavor! Viscount location is a no go. The Mesa location is far superior in taste, quality, cleanliness, and service. Food presentation at Viscount location is decent, taste was mostly salty, the spices were skimped and watered downed. The reason this review is a one star is due to an egg tart that is rancid. The store closed half an hour earlier than the stated time, ended up taking most of the food to go. Ate the tart at home. The tart looked fine but upon biting into it a strong sour cabbage and meat water or rancid fatty oil smell permeated the air. It may have been a quality tart once upon a time but no longer. Couldn't keep down the rest of dinner after that. read more

Order placed at 1208pm and got it at 1246 pm even after asking owner three different times on my order status. Others who arrived 15 minutes after I did had already been served their meals. Alright. I have been here a few times and though the food is delicious and I HIGHLY suggest the food, that's the extent of it. I have gone in person a few times and I have ordered it for delivery a few times. The service is awful! While the waiter is friendly and has a smile, he doesn't seem to know how to actually do the job. I did go one time and the cook was also serving. I was the only one there and I was alone, he handed me my menu then stood over me waiting for me to order. Once I got my food he stood there waiting for me to finish eating. I asked for a to go box and left. I went back with my husband this last time and we walked out. There was two other tables when we got there. we were seated and ordered pretty quickly. Now, we did order bao and dumplings which come with a bit of wait so we were prepared. We waited for over an hour while people who came in after us, who also ordered bao, were served and the guy walks back over and says he forgot what we ordered and he needed to put it in. He never put our order in. After over an hour, he just placed our order. My husband paid for his drink but asked them to cancel the rest, stated we would be leaving. The female cook came out very angry and asked the issue. My husband explained and she erupted and started screaming at the waiter. It took my husband 20 minutes to pay for his tea and we left.
