Pho was good and the spring rolls. The shrimp fried rice was ok and they served it on a plastic setting plate like the one used for table decor. Normally served in a bowl. No alcohol or beer.. probably not coming back until prices go down, they get better trained staff, and they serve beer and have Tv's set up that work. So with this cold dreary weather hitting us, it was perfect Pho season and our son recommended this restaurant. We get there and there were a few customers in there. We were promptly greeted and sat. Our server was prompt and took our order for some cold green iced tea, and some shrimp and pork spring rolls as our starter, my wife ordered the Brisket Pho and I ordered the combination Pho. Our food was promptly served and the spring rolls came with some yummy peanut sauce and some chili sauce. They were so good and fresh and crisp and highly recommend them. On to the Pho, my wife ordered the small and I the large and they were perfect for each of us. Came with some bean sprouts, some lime wedges, some fresh basil leaves and some thai chilies. The broth was amazing and the noodles were so good. My wife enjoyed her Pho and mine was nice and spicy just the way I like it. Our was so heart warming and filling but we still ordered some French Flan which was Flan that isn't as sweet as traditional flan we are accustomed to here and there was some ice chips on top of it, interesting but definitely it was good Highly recommend this restaurant if you're a fan of Pho and we will definitely be back. read more

Great service and food. Young man greeted us with a smile as we walked in. Promptly seated us, brought out menus and took drink order. He gave us several suggestions and answered questions about the menu. Super Pho was excellent, as was the combo fried rice. Fish Sauce wings...wow. Very good. Kudos to the hard working kitchen staff. Plastic in my super pho. No sorry, no discount.. just excuses. The blue hair waitress said " it's from the meat package so it should be okay " like what do you mean..? It's from a raw meat package and it's plastic! So unsafe and unsanitary. Also black small bug was in my water too. Food doesn't really taste good either. I love pho but this doesn't taste like pho. And it's kinda dirty inside. Grease marks and sticky table. I was excited to try this cozy little spot located in Las Palmas center on the east side. The restaurant has a beautiful aesthetic inside and is brand new. I was disappointed when they didn't deliver with a good broth. It was very sweet and overpowered the charred onion ginger, toasted spices, salt, fish sauce layers. The veggie portions for our pho's were really small for two large $14.99 shrimp pho's. The lack of attention to detail was a bummer. The server brought out the veggies along with visible old mint leaves that had turned. I really couldn't believe that we were sitting in front of one of the owners who is on his phone watching football on a busy Sunday afternoon. This could be my new favorite pho spot!!, the portions are good and the ratio of noodles and meat was perfect. Our sever was very attentive and kind even when it got busy and food came out pretty quick. They place has a lot of natural lighting and they have a pretty cool koi pond. The map location led me to the back of the store, but it's actually right off George Dieter and across from OshKosh B'gosh. Love Phở 2 is another one of my favorite pho restaurants. They make the broth with real beef bones, not powder, giving it an authentic taste. I love that you can also get dim sum and other appetizers here. The rolls are properly sized--not those messy, big burrito-sized things that explode everywhere once you take a bite, stuffed with noodles and salad that overwhelm everything else. The spring rolls and egg rolls in El Paso are often too large and not authentic in taste, possibly because they think customers get more bang for their buck. This place would have gotten a 5 star because they had the best pho I've ever had, my only problem was the potions. We ordered larges and there was just not enough noodles or meat to be considered a large. I was still hungry after I ate and I'm small but it was really good flavor, and fresh produce to add in. The restaurant is really pretty and clean, the Koi pond is also a fun feature and the allow kids to feed the fish. The staff keep to themselves but attentive when needed. read more

I'm not one to hate on a place so take this as you will as my honest review. Coming in to the restaurant the ambiance is ok. Nothing that really stands out unless you wanna look at the staff and their attire. Pants sagging, AirPods in, and overall a lazy vibe like they're forced to serve you. Upon me sitting down I ordered an Arnold Palmer. I got a really green nuclear drink which I questioned whether it was half iced tea and lemonade which the server said it was. Only after I asked more about it he told me it was green tea. Information is everything. Please let the customer know. I get the spring rolls. The meat inside super dry! The sauce which was their version of Thai peanut dressing, looked and smelled old. Now I've been to many places like this and that was way off!!!! I ordered pho with beef. I get huge noodles with smelly meat. Needless to say I left and paid for the food in full and left a 20% tip but regardless I will never be back. I came in during the soft opening, twice! Because it was delicious. We had tofu spring rolls, two phos, and seasame ball. The broth was made w love. You can tell it wasn't made lazy and was made over time. It was great. Second time , I had combination fried rice and my hubby a Bahn mi. Lots of things wrong with this place... First off, I had to come in to make a take out order because the phones apparently weren't working. I ordered 3 brisket pho's, 2 orders shrimp spring rolls, 1 order of pork belly spring rolls and mango sticky rice... Although the hostess/waitress was nice, when she told me my order was ready, (good thing I checked) it was not. Clearly I was missing my order of pork belly spring rolls. After waiting an hour the hostess/waitress who took my order came to ask me 3 more times what kind of spring rolls they were (very unprofessional). When I finally got them I thought all was good. It gets worse... I get home, portions are WAY TOO SMALL for the large. Very little noodles and about like 3 very thin slices of brisket. The shrimp had an ocean taste, and the pho was mediocre at best. Never buying from this place again. The only good thing that was edible was the mango sticky rice. read more

Never tried their original West side location but glad they've opened one up on the East side. Pho broth was very flavorful and delicious and the meat portions were generous. Service was at a 6 out of 10. They awkwardly brought our food at different times instead of all at once. Generous with the refills. The Sriracha and Hoisin sauce bottles were sticky. The ambiance of the restaurant is great as you can tell from the pictures. The classic pho noodle soup is my go to and I always get the brisket and rare steak, so I got P.2. It was good (not pictured) and I finished it all. The only suggestion I'd give to the owner is the "Dim Sum," black bean, pork short rib.... Not appealing to the eye, and unfortunately did not hit the mark in taste either. The texture overall was not appeasing. For all my texture peeps this one will not sit well. The shrimp dumplings however were good, for anyone who likes shrimp. The ice Vietnamese coffee was good in taste, but there was way too much ice in it. The system was down by the time everything was said and done and the manager suggested paying in cash. I don't know about y'all, but I haven't carried cash since 2010. So she went and got the owners phone and charge us through that. Needless to say, we work hard for our money right? So all we ask as paying customers is good, filling food, timely service, and working systems. Just some suggestions for the future. Wish this place the best. read more

Just had lunch here this week. Fantastic experience. The owner/ host greeted us. When he saw my son's delight over the huge koi pond he promptly said that my son could feed the fish after he finished eating. So kind. The beef pho was exactly what I wanted: delicious broth, plentiful meat, perfectly cooked noodles and fresh basil and lime. The banh mi was also fantastic. Would absolutely return.
