The store has thousands of records in every genre of music you can imagine. I could have literally spent hours going through each bin of records. I loved how they have older, classic albums but also, newly released albums as well. The prices vary depending on the album. After shuffling through the bins, I purchased two albums and both sounded great on my record player! The staff were really nice and I will definitely be returning to add to my collection!!!

I picked up some jewelry and some grateful dead items each visit. There is always so much to look at and it's all unique to their shop. Nobody else on the oceanfront has such awesome hippie merch. The people hanging there are always friendly which is such a plus when you're on vacation. They have it all. Clothes, accessories, mugs, home fragrance, hippie decor....anything you can imagine. And good prices too! I heard they burned out in a fire a few years ago and i am sure glad they came back and rebuilt. I can't imagine the each without a visit to this shop. Walk in happy. Having recently moved from its old Laskin Road location to two store fronts in Pembroke Mall, Cool and Eclectic has downsized on the amount of merchandise but still keeps its quirkiest and rarest items in stock. Many of the pieces are one of a kind, rare or collectibles, making the heavy price tags understandable, but still challenging for the interior design star on a strict budget. Additionally the one cashier was a very old woman who moved soooooo slowly (not her fault), so that's why it took so long - the wait for checkout was so long, several people gave up and went to the nearby Dollar Tree.
