Now the ac is super loud and heater does not work. They will waste your time and will not diagnose your car ! They will clear the check engine light and disregard the issue! They will not repair the issue and just clear the check engine right or reset the program! And still charge you like they replace or fixed the issue! This place sucks and they will destroy your car before it even gets fixed! His favorite word would be "drive it for at least 50miles" before the check engine light turns off. One of the major things that stands out about this particular shop is this: People dread when going to a mechanic is being sold or scared into getting work done that is not needed, or at least not needed now. This place just does not do that. I'm reasonably mechanically savvy, not a mechanic by any means, or even close, but I have a basic knowledge of how things work. So, someone might argue that they just look elsewhere for easier pickings. BUT no. Sometimes I will wait while I have work done, so I hear them interacting with other customers over the course of an hour or so. And I hear them doing the same thing, they will tell folks that "actually no, that $$$ part is not the issue, it's just this $ part", or that "You are still good for another x thousand miles, no need to do that yet". That's just one thing that makes this shop stand out. But I thought it worth mentioning as that one thing is what makes people afraid of repair shops. No need worry about that here. Sergio answered the phone and told me yes he would be waiting for it to arrive and would have a diagnosis for me the next morning. True to his word he called me- told me parts that needed to be replaced, gave me a price that was extremely fair and said they would have it ready the next day. I had told him the car was in an accident last year and I was still dealing with the lawyer so I'm not trying to spend a bunch of money fixing up everything brand new on a vehicle I don't plan to keep. Sergio was understanding of that and stated exactly what needed to do to get it safe & drivable. In the past, I've gone another places where they do less work and take almost a week. The next day they contacted me about an hour before they closed, so I let them know I would have to wait until the next morning to come get it. I like that every time I called I spoke to Sergio. It kept communication very clear and consistent. when I picked up my car, he was very nice and got me rolling really quickly quickly. I drove to the gas station and I noticed a noise I drove back to him, they put it on the riser for me. he showed me what was making the noise and that it is from normal wear and tear similar to the parts we just replaced on the other side. He said we can get to it when I'm ready because he knows I didn't want to keep spending a bunch of money on the car. He assured my safety driving and was very honest about what I would still need to get done on the car. I feel very confident in the work that they did and I've been driving my car now for three days with no issues on the side that they repaired. It also comes with a one-year warranty of parts and labor. As a woman walking into a shop alone, I don't feel ripped off. I feel like they were being very honest, and I spoke to people in the automotive business who assured me I got a damn good price!

All his staff (except Kenneth Tran) are very courteous and respectful. They send you pictures of your car as soon as you bring it in so you have evidence of the condition it's in when you drop it off. They also send you updates/photos during the repair so you don't have to question if they REALLY did the work they claimed. The only thing I would change about this shop is getting rid of the front desk guy, as his attitude towards customers is really combative and rude--and he's never worked as a technician so he doesn't know what he's talking about when he 'recommends' things you need.
