Poor workmanship
Misleading 3 year warranty

Hired That1painter to repair a crack in my ceiling . After 3 days the tape pulled away from the ceiling causing the crack to reappear. i tried contacting the company for the past 9 months but never received a returned call . I Also sent numerous emails to Alan but they were also ignored . Although the work failed after 3 days and it took 9 months to actually speak with someone I decided to take advantage of the 3 warranty . I was told the warranty only covers paint . They also accused my 15 year old house of settling and having unstable soil although 3 foundations companies disagree with their claim . Save yourself a headache and choose a professional and more reputable contractor .

Liked most of their work but I can't recommend them. Hired That1Painter to remove popcorn ceiling, paint my house and fix some drywall and the work was adequate, at best. I'm still removing paint and dust from the floors, light fixtures and ceiling fans. And I was ok with all that, until it came the time to wrap things up. I had to chase them and call them every day for about two weeks so they would re-install the air registers and light fixtures, this after the job was "completed". On top of that they broke one of the light fixtures and I had to chase them one extra week to get it replaced, however when it was replaced they broke the power line that feeds the light and now the fixture is useless, on top of that they were claiming that it was already broken which is a lie. While I understand things happen, the fact that the project manager tried to place blame on me for the broken fixture gave me pause. Take responsibility and be more professional. It's a shame because I had considerably more work for them: * Paint house exterior * Paint Garage and fix drywall * Epoxy garage and back porch * Paint kitchen and bathroom cabinets * Paint shed But I will take my business elsewhere as I lost trust in these people.

I'm disappointed in the work. The initial quote I felt was too high, but reserved the feelings until I witnessed the work, it was too pricey for poor quality. I do not recommend this company. I do have photos of the missed items, and the paint left on my brand new windows. I will send you photos so you have what was missed as a reference if needed so you can better inspect future projects. We were missing items that were on the original scope and some of the original agreed processes were not done, they never used primer on the wood as discussed- and they never washed the area. I'm also disappointed it took three trips to correct the mistakes with me having to point out the work missed. There was no compensation for the wasted time and poor quality work, they offered to pressure wash my driveway in an effort to make it right.

I am absolutely in love with our kitchen cabinets and the quality of work that was done by That 1 Painter. We used to have very dark traditional kitchen cabinets. My wife and I knew when we bought the house that the kitchen cabinets would probably be our first project. I was impressed with the initial visit and shocked at the price. As we began to get more quotes for our project, That 1 Painter was the most cost effective. Everything in our project went according to plan. It was done exactly the way we wanted it to be done. It was done in the time frame that was initially promised. And everything was done with a high attention to detail. I am so happy we went to That 1 Painter in order to paint our kitchen cabinets.

My daughter's home in East Austin was sorely in need of repainting, inside and out. The exterior paint was badly peeling and in need of serious prep work prior to new paint being applied. And the interior also needed some repairs as well. I found That 1 on another social media site and called to arrange an estimate. Rick met us at the house and was very thorough in explaining exactly what they would do to ensure we ended up with a quality job that would last for several years in the harsh Austin weather. I'm knowledgeable though to know that proper prep and high quality paint make all the difference in the outcome, and Rick inspired confidence in his recommendations. Shortly after meeting with Rick, we received a very detailed estimate, including the specific brand and type of paint to be used on each surface. After receiving other estimates (some higher and some lower), we hired That 1 and scheduled the work, which would take approximately one week. We were trying to juggle other workers for some remodel work as well, but our schedule was wildly disrupted due to the now famous Texas winter storm. That 1 project manager, Kea, was fantastic at rescheduling and communicating throughout the process. Alas, Jose (the painter) and his helper arrived as promised and were total pros! They spent 2-1/2 days on the prep work alone, including power washing and hand sanding the very aged wood, replacing some where needed. Rick and Jose both warned us in advance that it would not look perfectly smooth like all new siding, and we were fine with that. It's a vintage cottage after all. The end result exceeded our expectations. With new paint that's been properly prepped, it makes a world of difference! If you're looking for a quick, cheap company to spray on some inexpensive paint, these aren't your guys. But if you want a quality paint job at a very fair price, you won't be disappointed with That 1.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - MUST READ. I have used That1Painter successfully twice in the past, so I hired them to paint the entirety of my new home. The That1Painter crew did not bring the appropriate materials to do the job, rushed the job and caused massive damage to all parts of my property. Horrible drywall texture work, drips absolutely everywhere, missed painting large swaths of walls, painted my windows shut, damaged doors, got paint over my brand new floors, I could go on and on. The entire crew is completely inept and was argumentative and demeaning along the way. They even said coming back to fix their mistakes is a "hassle, but I'll work it into my schedule". I provided ample chances for them to fix their mistakes, and every time they proceeded to do MORE damage. I have now had to hire an entirely new company to fix all of the damages, costing me and arm and a leg. Do not work with That1Painter under any circumstances. Buyer beware.

After getting five quotes from various providers, we chose That 1 Painter for our house exterior and kitchen cabinet paint job, and we're glad we did! The team worked diligently in the heat to complete our project in five days (would have been four except they were a man down one day). Communication with the project manager and crew was good. There was a little confusion on paint selection that was quickly resolved. They were generous with caulking and repairs where needed. We had a section of rot that they creatively repaired and I think the repair looks better than if there wasn't an issue at all! We walked the house with the project manager, Michael, and there was very little to fix up at the end considering the amount of work needed. We're very happy with the results! Another tip: I did a free virtual color consultation with Sherwin Williams who did a great job taking my requests and considerations and turning out some expert recommendations. It's a nice service.

We hired That 1 Painter in January to paint our bedroom, bathroom and kitchen cabinets. They cost twice as much as other painters but we went with them because they seemed the most professional and offered a three year warranty. They did a perfectly fine job on the kitchen and bathroom. No complaints. The kitchen cabinets on the other hand were a complete nightmare. Despite the sales rep telling me that the doors would be removed for painting, the painters sprayed them while they were still hanging. I immediately contacted the project manager who assured me this was normal. I was still skeptical because I'm all my research on painting cabinets, I had never seen a professional *not* take them down. But we proceeded. After two days, the painter declared the job done but after he left we had a total disaster. Uneven color, clumpy paint, giant brushstrokes (when the doors should have been only sprayed). There were many spots of bare primer which tells me they did not do two coats as they should have. We had the project manager out and he assured me he would have his painter return and fix the problems. (He also shared how shocked he was that this happened because the painter was allegedly their best cabinet guy.) When he came back, the painter was clearly annoyed at having to return. He took things down and began a process of sanding lightly, re-spraying, and then having me approve it. He sanded over and over and painted over and over and there were still issues (nicks, drips, and brushstrokes). The project manager came out and told me it was "problems in the original stain" that were showing through. In hindsight, I should've told him it was most likely sloppy application of primer but I was eager for them to be out of my house. After two days of re-dos the doors were acceptable but still imperfect. (Out of fairness, not posting pictures of the bad bad job because they did ultimately make it better.) I decided to let good enough alone. Until we had spots where the paint was sticking and coming up where the doors touched the boxes. I called the company and true enough, they honored the warranty and came out and touched up the spots. We added door bumpers and they had no more sticking. I waited to review because I wanted to see how the paint held up. The answer? Not great. As I suspected after spraying and spraying and spraying, the paint had not cured properly. It doesn't pass the fingernail test anywhere. It looks okay from afar but as you can see in the attached photo is already starting to chip after less than six months. It looks okay from afar but pretty crummy up close. Absolutely *not* the quality of work I hoped for considering how much more they cost than their competitors. I do think they would likely honor the warranty and touch up the paint but frankly it's ridiculous that they would even need to (and I'm tired of dealing with them). They used high quality Benjamin Moore cabinet paint and it should not be chipping in non-touch areas after only a few months. I know enough about paint to know that the only real way to fix it it to strip down to the wood and do it again. I expect replacing the doors would be cheaper. So in summary, reasonably good customer service, seems to live up to warranty, decent wall painting, do not ever hire for cabinet painting. I strongly regret hiring That 1 Painter to paint my kitchen cabinets.

I received an email from Steven, who was referred to me by a real estate agent, just as I was almost closing on my "new" foreclosed home. He couldn't have come along at a better time as the previous owners trashed the house, including the poor walls that had what appeared as some strange brown textured substance, EVERYWHERE :-/. We were able to hire him to paint the ENTIRE interior of our two story home thanks to his very reasonable rates. He did a immaculate job and was surprisingly efficient. He arrived as scheduled and was sure to clean up when he was done. This one man team was able to complete his task in under two days! The new paint made a world of a difference and was done beautifully! This business is not very reputable at all. We had a estimate done and had work scheduled on a Monday. Sunday night, I received a email that they were pushing the work until Tuesday without a phone call to even discuss a rescheduling. We had other contractors scheduled for Tuesday and could not move our scheduled date. After discussing with our contact, we rescheduled for Friday and were guaranteed that a crew would be at our home on Friday to complete the job in one day. One person showed up that could not speak English and when we asked where the crew was and if he was vaccinated, he could not answer. He left without saying anything while we were on the phone with the company. We had several phone calls with the company and they eventually told us they could not do the job that day. We explained to the project manager our dilemma but to no avail. This company did nothing that we were promised. We do not recommend them for any type of work. read more

First impressions are lasting ones. I had called this company to come over and give me a price quote on exterior painting. At the last minute (the day he was supposed to come over) the representative calls and tells me he is on the other side of town and cannot make it and if we can reschedule. He didn't sound very anxious to earn our business or have more work lined up. He didn't even call back to ask when he can come back and we didn't feel we had to chase this company down to beg for a quote. We scheduled and re-scheduled commitments in order to accommodate this company to come and give us a quote. I'm happy for the others who gave That 1 Painter a good rating because they received the service they requested. I wish that had been the case with us. Very sad and disappointing. We removed an interior wall in our home and had a different company do all the ceiling and wall drywall repairs. I had Steven and his crew paint the interior and exterior of my new Tattoo and Piercing Studio and they did a fantastic job and within a reasonable budget. Once side of the building was badly damaged, (the siding was put on in 1920). The did a great job filling in all the bad spots with wood putty and caulking. Excellent Service, Incredible job well done. I called many other companies, everyone I called went to voicemail, said they would call me back, or said they were too busy. In my opinion thats not to professional. If you want to grow you should be able to grow with your demand. I called THAT 1 Painter, he picked up the phone, he was extremely nice, and was very informative. He said he would come right away give me an estimate and he gave me an excellent price. On top of that their work is very professional and their staff is the best. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a paint job. I had That 1 Painter come out to the house to paint the walls and ceilings in my master bedroom and master bath. Steven worked with me via e-mail to provide details about his process and made recommendations of paint. He was able to schedule me in within the week as well which was a plus. The day of the work, the crew showed up on time and did a great job. They were very courteous and confirmed the job to be done up front so there were no miscommunications. They kept everything clean in the rooms that were painted and picked up after themselves. Overall a great experience and I will certainly use them again when we decide to paint additional rooms in our home. read more

In the end this paint job was pretty good. Allan tried to please my preference for a straight line at the top of the wall where the colored wall-paint meets the white ceiling but went overboard without asking and painted a rather thick white line at the top of the green wall in order to make the green edge straight. The white line was very visible and he did this without asking my opinion; I was at work. I realize he was trying to please me so I have to give him credit for that. He pulled his painters when it was to his advantage to have them at another job and the first day they painted I took vacation which is worth money and they painted one tiny wall and left for lunch and never returned. When I mentioned to Allan this was not okay he argued and inferred I was a difficult customer. The painter painted the wrong wall a color not meant for that wall, the paint was expensive and wasted, he painted the backsplash area where there would be tile and was told not to, it had to be primed over by the tile guy to cover that dark paint before the light glass tile could be installed. Instructions weren't followed and Allan was not supervising, he is on the road at other jobsites, spread thin, not answering texts or calls. During the preliminary sales pitch, the word meticulous was used over and over once it was determined that I was meticulous. However, I found the painting to be the same as any other painter, they all use the same rollers and it's the quality of the paint and color that is beautiful. There is some talent for getting the edges straight and enough paint on the wall and protecting furniture, but once that basic is met, the rest is the paint itself. They tried hard to please me and I give them 5 stars so as not to hurt their rating, but to tell you what to expect. I had some walls repainted bec I wanted a different color and used Gregory Bros. I found Steven on our neighborhood listserv and am I thankful! He and his team are amazing! After not being able to get call backs or quotes from several painters because our job wasn't big enough, Steven returned my call immediately, came out the next day and emailed me a quote that evening. After they finished painting my house, a few weeks later after heavy rains I noticed a stain on the ceiling of a guest bedroom. I knew immediately it was the long nagging problem of the "dead valley" along my roof. The house was designed and built according to the architect's drawings to have the roof of the first floor bedroom run into the siding of the house. It was a short "run" and rainfall should go quickly into the gutters. But, this was built under a big, old oak tree and for many years, I've had leaves and twigs built up, damming up the water. If I can remember it, I have to get up on a ladder with a rake and rake the leaves away from where the shingles meet the siding. After one major hailstorm, I had the roof replaced and when they replacing it, I asked them to build something to reduce the leave/branch damming. They did build it, but apparently not big enough. It lasted probably 14-15 years until this recent Spring. Since I had a good experience with 21st Century, I called them out to give me a bid on repairing what was probably rotted trim and exposed flashing and other rot elsewhere. And while they were at it, I asked them to build me a better diverter away from the siding. They came out and took care of it in a day. The guy was there from 8:30 to 5:00, taking a break for lunch, but got it done. Since they were also the painters, they asked me for the leftover paint they left for me (for touch-up) that came in handy as they had to replace the rotten trim and as it turned out a section of the roof decking. Attached are the pictures they took for the bid and then afterwards when they were complete. They were detailed enough to ask me first, "hey, this diversion we're putting in is a lighter grey then your shingles. Are you okay with that? We can go back and get darker materials". I said that was fine. No one can see that part of the roof and so it was trivial to me. The only negative thing from the painting and the roofing experience is so minor it's not worth taking away a star is that there will be a gap between when you sign and return the contract and they contact you about scheduling the actual work. In both cases, I had to drop them a line to remind them I was in the queue. Being a service that can't work when it's raining, I can understand that they have days where scheduled work is delayed and that causes a snowball effect of delays.

They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. My entire experience with That 1 Painter Austin was positive. Like most individuals who are balancing full-time work and a busy family schedule - I prioritize efficiency as well as quality. Steven and his crew repainted the complete interior of our 2 story home recently. We love it!! They even fixed some drywall and texture issues for us. They did a far better job then the last painters that did the interior for us did. Steven caught all kinds of little things and dealt with them all quickly and efficiently. The house looks great. Had it all planned. Steven's crew paints then the floors by the floor people, I clean, done. Gave Steven the colors and he would buy the paint from Sherwin Williams. He did except one, the one for the windowsills, door trim and doors. When I cleaned the paint came off the doors and windowsills. Called, Steven would come out. Didn't show up, they were slammed. NO PHONE??? Agreed to fix the problem after he told me that it wasn't my fault. Who is the painter? This meant to sand the doors, etc [this didn't happen the 1st time] REALLY???? No sanding? Sanding would happen with vacuum and the doors outside. Keep on dreaming. The fix was planned to take another 2 days that we had to take off work and NOTHING was covered, taken off or the use of a vacuum. I stopped the very "friendly" replacement and told him to paint what was sanded and I will do the rest myself. I expect from THE professional that they know how it works. After 12 years of Texas sun, I started noticing faded paint on the house trim and garage door. Looking closer, the caulk was separating and in dire need of repair. I hired That 1 Painter for an interior paint job and was impressed from the start. First of all, Stephen's crew was available before I even had the rooms ready to be painted. He had to wait on my schedule, instead of the other way around. Once I was ready, Stephen was very responsive and worked my job into his schedule very quickly. Second, his crew arrived on time and were very polite, efficient, and they cleaned up the area sufficiently. Stephen followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the end result as well as with his crew. Stephen is very conscientious and has very high standards. He is trustworthy, honest, and an all around good guy. I haven't found a painter that is as knowledgeable, honest, and affordable as Stephen. He and his crew did an amazing job painting my house. I even received comments from neighbors regarding how clean his lines and cut-ins are. Now that's impressive! I will definitely call That 1 Painter for future paint jobs. read more

That 1 Painter was a pretty easy decision for us to make when we decided to paint the exterior of our midcentury ranch house. Their quote was SO reasonable, the only pause we were given was wondering if we were sacrificing quality for lower cost. That was not the case! Allan, Jesus, and their team did a fantastic job! They were responsive to communication, were very careful with taping and painting, and cleaned up very nicely when they were done. After a few days, we felt that the brick we had painted had either soaked up the paint, or just generally needed another coat. I called Allan and Jesus came back to do touch-ups as soon as they were available - no trouble at all! That 1 Painter seems to really value the trust that their customers have, and I can definitely imagine that they create repeat business by being so receptive to their clients' needs. I rarely write reviews, but I must say that this team of painters was just phenomenal. The entire process was so easy from the estimate, to scheduling, to working with their project manager along the way. We had a whole house paint (ceiling, trim, walls) along with kitchen cabinet painting and some drywall repair. They were SO professional, used high-end paint (which I appreciate they explained exactly what they use and where they source it from), and their team overall did a great job. We completed the final walk through today and didn't find any additional touch-ups that needed to be done. Stephen (estimator), Karen, Peter (project management) and Jose (lead painter) were all wonderful to work with. They were flexible, worked around our other vendors that were working at the house, and added projects as they came up with no issue and provided quick estimates. After getting the lowest of several quotes I was very encouraged about the level of service I was given leading up to the painting job. The quote these guys gave was half of other companies. And I did not even have to go to a site like Angie's list or Home advisor to find them. Just a simple Google search did the trick. The guys that came where here for 3 days and painted the trim of my whole house. Very big and tedious job. They went the extra mile in fixing some holes in my wood trim that I did not even ask them to do. They even offered to stain my front poach bench which was not part of the original quote. I was so impressed with these guys I would recommend them highly if you want a great job at a great price. BTW..I did tip these guys because they deserved it. My family has had Steven paint the interior of our home, in DFW, which has 20 ft ceilings & crown moulding, including all trim & doors. 1. I really appreciated how timely he was in his work: the project was completed on time 2. He & the employee he had on the job were very professional & cleaned up every day after they were done - even though they didnt technically have to, since we werent moved in yet, it made a difference since we were working in the house every day. 3. The quality of the paint & the work were excellent - he knows what he's doing. Also in DFW, he stained the concrete floors in a church building my parent's were renting & again he was timely, professional & pleasant to have around, as he was working among other laborers, at the time. I bought a 1984 duplex (both sides) and needed to do a few renovations on Side A. I met with Allan, who managed the project. First and foremost, the popcorn ceilings had to be removed. I knew it would not be easy since the popcorn had been painted (actually removing popcorn ceilings is never easy!). That 1 Painter did fantastic job of popcorn removal, fixing the inevitable small repairs, adding a light orange peel texture, and painting. They did have to replace a small piece of ceiling drywall due to unexpected termite damage. It was such a seamless repair. Also, they did a great job of painting the walls. The price for the job was quite competitive. Oh, and their clean up afterwards made the place move-in ready. I called these guys based on the quality of their Yelp reviews. Juan and his team did an exceptional job repairing and repainting the exterior of our 1980's-era house. We had some surface rot in a few different places on the siding and a large portion of rot on the fascia and soffit of one corner. They identified what needed to be removed and replaced - including some boards that we weren't even aware were rotten - and rebuilt these portions of our home beautifully. The paint job was done precisely and professionally. They even took extra time to paint all of the trim exactly the way we wanted it done. The cost was a little more than the estimate we received, since there was additional rot to repair and the trim took more paint and time than was originally expected. These were reasonable charges and we are grateful to have our house more structurally sound and looking beautiful. read more

Steven came out twice to give me quotes and discuss all my options to update my kitchen cabinets. I had decided to stain the cabinets and at the last minute changed my mind. No problem on their end to accommodate me. The job did start one day late as their cabinet painter had to finish up on a previous job, but after that the crew was at my house early every day and worked extremely hard. They took care to protect and seal all areas of my house. Juan, the lead painter encouraged me to look for any imperfections as he wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the results. The other item I would like to mention is that the price quoted to me was the price I paid. I decided during the job I wanted the island a custom color and it was done at no additional cost. I hired That 1 Painter to paint the exterior trim on the front of our auto repair shop along with the poles on the large sign in front of the shop. Stephen was the estimator who came out to look over the job. First off he arrived when they said he would and listened to everything I said regarding what I needed done. I received a call from Karen to verify the paint color and the start date of the job. The crew arrived on time and was very professional and easy to work with. Would definitely use you guys again. You were great and so patient with me and walked me through my concerns. I really appreciated all your information and efforts. When staining my two level deck, I was very concerned about many things as we had hit the very end of our budget with our pool build. We had to reconstruct our wood deck for safety so now there was new lumber, new cedar mixed with the old and faded wood and stain. I was scared the wood grain would be lost on my cedar and the paint stores were struggling to match the existing color. Michael never gave up on me. He was flexible and kind and really made an ongoing effort. I am extremely happy. They also returned after it was dry to put all my furniture back in place. We love it! Mike and his crew did an amazing job painting our home's exterior and providing some much needed carpentry maintenance. The house had a few tricky rotting elements on the siding and trim. The work looks great and has given us peace of mind regarding our home's exterior. Their service and communication was excellent and quick from the moment we requested a quote with Ricardo. Enrique and Luis worked non-stop for four days. Their work ethic was incredible, especially in the Texas heat. They also were very kind about us being nosy and were very kind to our curious puppies. We had Steven and his team for two projects, exterior of our house and kitchen cabinet painting. The work was timely and pricing was very competitive. The exterior painting was excellent and is holding up well in our first summer heat with the new paint. The interior cabinets finished out beautifully! We had maple wood cabinets with a light whitewash finish originally that had a hint of pink, and we were done with those. They are now a beautiful modern gray finish, along with our stair rail and newly renovated built in TV cabinet is finished out in white. That 1 Painter really takes the pain out of painting. Steven came right away to give me and estimate, I was out of town and unable to get to email when he contacted me, so he was able to switch to texting. What an amazing customer service, the painters took extreme care to prepare the house so it was not damage. Steven recommended the different areas that needed painting, and to save me money and time left some areas that still looked good untouched. That 1 Painter did a great job on our house, we needed the entire interior painted - walls, trim, and ceilings. There was also some minor drywall repair that needed to be done before painting. Stephen came out to give a quote and walked through all the details. Their quote beat out some other local companies we tried (by a lot), and they were able to get our project on their schedule within a week. German, Federico and his team did an amazing job! These guys do excellent work! I had them paint all of the siding on the exterior of our house, patio and garage door. It looks great! I feel like we have a brand new home. I grew up in the home building business as floor manager at my dad's custom cabinet shop and have had many experiences with sub contractors, good and bad. That 1 Painter is the real deal. They are experts in their craft and know how to get the job done efficiently and thoroughly.
