First time and I can tell you it was great. I've never been to a chiropractor that focus on what I need help the most. I get siactic nerve pinch every now and then and I've been to many chiropractor who doesn't help focus on my pain. It was a busy place but it was worth every single minute wait. Dr. Eric is fantastic and so reasonably priced I couldn't believe it. I am a performer in a national tour of a Broadway show so I am always on the go and seeing different chiropractors. I was injured the nigh before and needed a last minute adjustment. Dr Eric took a lot of time with me to assess my issues and invited me back later in the day to be readjusted just before my show at no extra cost. I used to have chronic back pain. For years, it was painful to sit for long periods of time and I felt like my upper back was always tight. Dr. Eric fixed me up and I no longer have the pain. He does not work by appointment, which is perfect for me as a busy college student. I went in quite regularly until my body began holding the alignment on it's own. My husband is always complaining of neck aches and back paint so I found this place on Yelp and decided to go due to the great reviews...my husband LOVED it. (It turns out that Dr. Eric is the same chiropractor a good friend recommended to me years ago but I never had the time to go). I finally went myself due to horrible back pain and I haven't felt it since. My sleep has also improved. Each visit is $20 unless you buy a plan which saves you money and brings each visit's price down even more. Fridays are pretty busy. I heard Tuesdays and Thursdays are the best time to go. (Btw, EVERY person I've talked to who goes there has told me that they have gone to multiple chiropractors for years and that Dr. Eric is by far the best one) Everybody there is super friendly. read more

Dr. Eric is my hero! I love that he doesn't just work with the spine, but with pretty much any part of the body. Most recently Dr. Eric has worked on my shoulders, my wrist, and amazingly my ears. You have bones in your ear, and they move...and cause hearing loss apparently. When Dr. Eric first started working on my ears he did a test with a tuning fork. He had to press the tuning fork to the back of my head before I could hear the sound. Now I can hear the sound a foot away. Sounds are more crisp, and clear. My balance is better, I can run, and ride my horse again, things I assumed at 27 years old, I would never do again. Dr. Eric is beyond amazing! The office itself is a very fun atmosphere. The clients all chit chat, and the music is fun. Katie and Shea and the other girls are wonderful. They are all very friendly, and helpful. read more

I usually go to the one on the Eastside never had a problem getting in to be seen. I've had knee and hip problems for years because of soccer. However,I moved across town and closer to the university tried to go into this location once between 10am-1pm because they told me I would be considered a new customer. When I went in they turned me away so I went to the Eastside one and of course had no problems getting in to be seen. Tried going back again a couple months later between 10am-1pm to the university location they turned me away again. I refuse to go back to either locations due to the lack of respect the university location has giving me. It's frustrating to me considering I take a couple hours off work to make sure I could make it between the times he requests to see new customers, and both times I did that they still turn me away, just ridiculous. read more

Dr. Eric works on many UofA athletes and pro athletes. He does full body adjustments every visit and has a strong background in massage therapy. If you have ever had an adjustment here you'd be a fool to go anywhere else. His plans are very reasonable and worth every penny!! read more

Dr. Eric is awesome! When I first came to him I was in so much pain I could hardly get on the table. After 20 years of back pain I was finally able to get major relief after just a few visits and have stayed pain free most of the time. You can definitely go as a new patient during the morning hours. In and out including waiting time can be up to an hour. Your gait, mobility, athletic performance, and pain will improve. It is worth the maybe inconvenient hours, waiting, and parking. It may be an issue if you have to go frequently because there are already people waiting by the doors in the morning and after lunch in the afternoon. I'm not sure if it's less busy in the summer. The massage therapists are awesome and can really focus on a problem area; they can notice functional issues easily and correct them. But if you have a massage appointment then want to wait for chiropractic, it could be a couple hours in there. Just go once and see how your posture and walking improves:). A four week package is an little more than two individual visits so I would pick that option. read more

I used to think chiropractic was a pseudoscience. I had been to three chiropractors over the course of about three years after a motorcycle accident that left me with intolerable upper back and neck pain. Each of them did more harm than good, and I would conclude that I should find another way to treat the issue. Desperation led me to again seek out a chiropractor, and as luck would have it I found Dr. Eric. He was the first person to actually help me, and I've been seeing him for more that 3 years now, and he has gotten my spine to the point where I almost never notice it.
