When I told the desk clerk- he said 25 people had just taken a shower and maybe try at a different time. I tried at all different times but the shower was lukewarm AT BEST. Not enjoyable. It was never fixed so we took cold showers for 5 days. Also the shower water backed up and I personally had to remove the grate and scrape a wad of hair and grossness with a coffee stirrer. And the soap bottle was not refilled so we ran out, and i had to go to the desk again. Lastly they short sheet the beds. Not happy.

I recommend walking around to see all of the the shout-outs to the local communities. There was a huge open space in the basement where the Powerlifting event was held. It was definitely large enough for athletes and spectators to have enough room to walk around, visit vendors, etc. It's conveniently located via a skywalk to the hotel which is also connected by skywalk to the parking ramp. Super helpful in Wisconsin winters.
