My husband and I bought a used washing machine from this store on a Friday and got it home and hook…read morethe machine up pushed the button and the machine did not work the lights were on but when we pushed the button it wouldn't work. My husband called and left a voicemail the same night letting them know that the machine was not working. They were closed the next day and wouldn't be back until that Wednesday. We took it back that Wednesday and the guy pluged it up and said that the machine was working but when he did it he used a tool to leave the door open and it did work but there were no lights on. We told him that we didn't want it and they told us we would have to pay a 25% restock fee. Why would we have to pay a restock fee when it didn't work when we got it. I'm warning anyone who is planning to go there to check your merchandise out before you leave that store or get something in writing stating that you can bring it back if it's not working.

I reached out tto Atlas and Chris was able to come over that day! After thoroughly checking out the system he decided on a plan of action. The downside was that he suggested we turn off the A/C. The temp was around low 90s, so that wasn't the sort of news I was hoping for! Anyway, to my surprise he arrived back at our home at 9am the next day. It took him about 60 - 90 minutes to square away the problem. Afterwards, we were cooling our heels in comfort! Great job by Atlas!
