On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? I was given no treatment, there was no urgency to help alleviate the burns, and never once did I speak with or see Dr. Riolo. I emailed Dr. Riolo three times and she never once emailed me back. I was told to wait a year for results to get better. I did and it did not look better! Just lots of gaping scars. They said they would fix the problems then when i finally saw the doctor said he refused to fix anything and that he never promised anything. They probably hoped that after a year I would just give up. You do NOT get what you pay for in this place but if you have money to burn go for it! I think the Dr may have been good at what he does at one time but he probably needs to retire at this point. I wish I had a good experience here but I did not. Good luck! Yes, everyone heals differently, however, Dr P's surgical cuts were by far the widest cuts I've experienced for same procedure I've had done in the past by other doctors. Promising me any post-op issues would be addressed then gaslighting me and saying he never told me that (which was a major factor for me going forward with the procedure) is just unethical and unacceptable.
