They have a Facebook page on which they post interesting items that are for sale in the shop. After walking down the first aisle and looking to see all the other rooms and aisles, I was gob smacked. Wow, wow, and wow. The place is huge. The rows and rows of booths have all sorts of things that you may never have known that you needed. There are multiple aisles and rooms loaded with items. There are antiques, crafts, furniture, clothing, food items, jewelry, wall art, toys, tools, memorabilia, and more. Remember that half hour? Nah, didn't happen. There's so much to look at, items were in great shape and reasonably priced. Upstairs and downstairs with hand sanitizer stations. Something for any room in your house. I just enjoy walking through the store and looking at the things I saw when I was growing up in the 80's. They have cheap prices for new mattresses. It's swamped on the weekends but I typically go early and the checkout is swift moving. Cashiers are very nice, with the exception of one much older lady. They have plenty of parking and they even have a band that occasionally sets up outside the building. They take credit and debit but they also take cash.

The merchandise was well-organized and included vintage t-shirts and sweatshirts from by-gone eras. Being vintage there were items in good shape and items that looked...well, vintage! Fitting rooms were available to try on clothing. Additionally, there was a large selection of brightly-colored accessories (socks, earrings, rings, scarves, hair clips, sunglasses) that were new, not vintage. I found the prices to be a bit high for my budget, but would consider a purchase for a special gift or occasion. We found the prices to be fair - especially the clothing. All long sleeve shirts, including sweaters, were 50 cents. Pants were 99 cents. All other items were $2. You must be patient going through the racks, but I found a few great pieces - some still with store tags. In the back of the building are slot machines. You must be 21 years old and you must have a valid ID - not one that's expired. This is how the nonprofit funds much of the charity donations they support. The team also sells branded clothing. I have a couple of tees and they are great quality. The service at the counter was friendly. The store is well cared for. Plenty of parking to visit. When we parked, we noted that there was vintage furniture, plates, tea kettles, records, clothing and a sandwich board sign calling attention to "COOL STUFF". After our meeting, we were glad to find they were still open, so we stopped in. There's music playing, but not too loud, just enough to create a welcome, relaxed vibe. Lots of vintage kitchenware, real wooden furniture, and assorted clothing. We found a decently priced women's Tommy Hilfiger pea coat, UofL hoodie, and some leather jackets, to name a few. There is a great assortment of records, and DVDs. Some children's toys and books. Ashleigh found a Betsy Johnson purse, brand new for $40. Apparently that would retail for $80. If you're into music, you'll love sorting through the records, but even more so, will love the assortment of guitars, keyboards and mixing equipment. They have some pedals and I even noted a plug-and-play all-in-one Mackie system that accommodates 10+ channels. I also spotted 2 clarinets, a bead shaker (around a gourd), and one of those cool drums that you sit and play between your legs. The owners were really nice. We chatted for about 15 mins before I purchased my Derby glass (1984) for $6, + tax. They told us that they have keys to the building next door and have been brainstorming different ideas for community engagement, maybe even an open-mic. They also mentioned they will give you 10% if you produce a receipt from another local business, because they want to encourage and help reward buying local. Being a vintage shop, I'd expect inventory will change with time and seasons. I noted lots of random little things, like gas masks, top hats and leather chokers that would come in handy for Halloween and costuming. We'll definitely be back to check them out, especially for spooky season needs, among other things.
