The staff and the store are so well maintained, clean and have the safety concerns we all do. Called customer service back at 5 pm and they stated they called but no one answered around 4 when they apparently went back. They absolutely did NOT go back. My dining room set should have been delivered in the morning as I'm supposed to have guests the next day for Mother's Day. Customer service was no help and I even spoke to a supervisor who also could not have cared any less. I've had two deliveries within the past 2 weeks from Bobs and no issues.
