Large deliveries, pest control appearing unannounced, and verbal attacks and accusations from the homeowner. The pool/hot tub system is incredibly complex, and the homeowner was insulting and belittling when we didn't understand. When we called Style Vacation Homes for support, the woman we spoke with was incredibly unhelpful, rude and dismissive. For shelling out $10k+, you'd think that the host and Style would be a bit kinder and more accommodating. So disappointing.

DO NOT RENT FROM STYLE VACATION HOMES! The company and its…read moreproprietor, Louis Shaw, are predatory and unscrupulous and will seek any excuse to withhold your security deposit. I have rented many homes all over the world, have always been respectful of owner's property and been a model tenant. I have never once had to deal with the level of greed and unreasonableness as Louis Shaw has demonstrated in his treatment of home renters. Our home at 50 Commercial St in Provincetown was left in excellent condition and relations with the property management company had been cordial up until and including our exit. The home was beautiful and we left it in the same condition we found it. There were no complaints and no communication of any issues that could have been rectified during the course of our stay. However, when it came time to return the security deposit, Louis refused, citing an afterthought section of the contract stipulating no guests allowed in the home after a certain time. We were swindled out of a $2000 security deposit on a technicality (other technicalities in the contract that would constitute non-refund even included "moving furniture"! The language is so overly broad, no one can hope to comply). How did Louis even know that a guest was in the home after the arbitrary hour? The only explanation is that the home is under constant surveillance - so check any reasonable expectations of privacy at the door before you rent through this company. However, given our earlier cordial exchanges, we thought that any reasonable landlord would be sensitive to the technicality and instead focus on the condition we left the home - which was excellent by both our account and theirs. After all, the true rationale for even charging a security deposit is to cover damages to the property and provide the renter with a sense of ownership so they treat the home as they would treat their own. However, Louis doubled down in his responses to us with a nasty, condescending and unprofessional response. His actions and subsequent demeanor is indicative of a sad, pathetic, greedy man with no understanding of customer service, no sense of fairness and a badly out of tune moral compass. Do not patronize this man or his business when there are so many other good options available.

If I could go back in time, would I pick Nicole as our realtor again? Yes. Yes. A million times…read moreYES. We just closed on our first house and cannot express how much we recommend using Nicole. At the beginning of our homebuying journey we had vetted a few realtors beforehand. Other realtors we spoke to programmed our wants/budget into their system and were just sending us automated e-mails of listings that fit those parameters (which felt like something we could have set up on our own...) We went with Nicole because we loved how personalized she made the process, she really does make you feel like you are her only client. We had a group text going where she would send us the listings that actually fit what we were looking for and it allowed us to keep an open conversation with her about all the questions we had as first time home buyers. A surprise bonus was that Nicole actually flips homes in her spare time and is extremely knowledgeable at what is required to make certain updates in the home so she was able to provide rough cost estimates (on adding an extra bath, new flooring, etc) which proved to be tremendously helpful as we started looking at fixer uppers. She made the process as smooth as could be, but there are always circumstances that are out of your control.... Which brings me to the grand finale of Nicole's awesomeness on closing day. During our walk-through just hours before closing we entered our soon-to-be home to find 70% of the seller's belongings were still there. Without skipping a beat Nicole took control of the situation and assured us we would get everything out in time for closing. In a pair of nice sandals and in the pouring rain, she helped us move out an entire house within hours. It certainly was a day to remember lol and it forever solidified Nicole's title in my book as #1 realtor of all time.

Beautiful to have but the sun will make the apartment very warm even when the air is cranked high. Also the dyer takes a very long time to dry, it steams your clothes instead. The beds are horrible, you will sink in the middle and not comfy. Not your average "hotel" stay. It has all the convenience of home like a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils and even spices, cable, wifi and fully furnished. Will the manager was very helpful with checking in and making sure everything was fine. There's also a fitness room and a outdoor space for entertaining. Its in a great location with amazing restaurants and bars. Pet friendly place but no space for your fur babies to handle their business. I would stay there again.

I can't remember the last time we all sat down for a meal together. The outdoor space was relaxing. The addition of a new blackstone griddle in the back made cooking up big breakfasts fast and easy. The proximity to the beach made trips back and forth to from the house to take a toddler to the bathroom, fix lunch, or run back to grab something quick made for a stress free week.
