I came to Pine Knob for a sold-out concert and while the show itself was great and our seats had a…read moregood view, the overall venue experience was honestly overwhelming. The venue was PACKED, and getting around felt chaotic because of the sheer number of people. Leaving after the show was by far the worst part. Traffic and rideshare pickup were a mess, and we ended up waiting around for over an hour before our ride was able to get anywhere near us. It was incredibly frustrating and there seemed to be very little organization for getting people out efficiently. The bathroom situation after the show was also awful. We checked two different sections of porta-potties and none of the ones we tried had toilet paper. For a venue hosting that many people, bathrooms need to be adequately stocked throughout the entire event. On the positive side, getting into the venue from VIP parking was quick and easy, our seats were good, and once we were settled in we had a great view of the show. I'd come back for an artist I really wanted to see, but I would absolutely plan ahead for a difficult exit and would not rely on rideshare being easy after a sold-out show.

Food is delicious and well presented. I highly recommend this country club to hold a bridal shower, baby shower, reception, banquet, ect. He was hooked on the claw machine with rubber ducks and made me play it over and over to win ducks. I successfully won 6 before we used all the credits. He wanted a purple and brown one and had a meltdown that I couldn't get them for him. The lady at the counter went in the back and got him 1 of each for free and saved the day. Then I went to grab a fountain soda and water. They gave them to me no charge. My son dropped the water immediately and it spilled everywhere. They instantly started preparing another and called for a mop. They were very kind and generous and it really made my night easier. Great people!

This is also a great place for parties. Although we have not taken part in their activity nights, they will do events, like a New Years party, etc... where participants have a pre-paid charge and can play as much as they like. This is a great place, certainly underrated, and must do if you like rides, tag, golf, junk food, and games.
