We placed the order and when she was tallying up the total, I asked twice if that was the correct price (since it was supposed to be on sale) and she said yes. I asked again and she didn't believe me, so she went to the display sign and low and behold, she gave me the wrong price (STRIKE 3). She blamed it on the computer system. I don't know what to believe. Finally, the day has come for it to be delivered to my home from 2-6pm. 6pm comes and no phone call or any sight of my delivery (STRIKE 4). I call the store twice and they give me the standard excuse that they are stuck in traffic. The shipment finally arrives after 7pm. Avoid this location. I'm only giving 2 stars because I really like the patio set and the delivery guys set up the patio for me no charge.

We bought our deck furniture here, but when we replaced that first umbrella, went with an inexpensive one from the internet. This time, we wanted to go back to the collar controlled tilt feature, so we headed to Fortunoff. It was an early Labor Day deal, and we left happy! A $599 umbrella (that IS a bit silly) was on sale for $199. While that's about double the cheap ones on the net... this one is built better and had the features we wanted. Our sales guy Bill was very helpful, with no pressure. We wanted to bring home the umbrella that day, so he told us what was in stock... and we chose a dark tan model that fit out furniture and chair pads. The holiday sales take the sting out of the regular prices. Wait for them and you'll be rewarded!
