Long story short.....they couldn't care less that I was having issues on how their product, they delivered the goods & they got their $. Nina the salesperson wanted to help, but just kept saying over & over, that no one would come to Westchester. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was not surprised as I felt rushed and disrespected during the purchase of the set and should have gone to one of their other stores. I had a bad feeling with her professionalism before I left the store. I strongly recommend going to a different location! I plan to call management to share the overall experience.

The store had been open for about 20 minutes and empty. The salesman helping us was an extreme deterrent. His answers were short and abrasive and he seemed annoyed to be answering anything we asked. He walked away from us, for no apparent reason, several times and we literally had to search the store to find him. What a major disappointment. In addition, as I was looking for my salesman, I passed another salesman and I nodded and said hello. This guy walked by me and turned his head. Hubby beat me to the punch and took him there on one of my work days but this past Saturday after the gym, he suggested we go again and I was all for it. This is a great place to go for indoor play during the winter. It's spacious, there's a ton of indoor playgrounds and a bouncy castle for the kids to go on. My one issue was certain slides and tunnels were a little tight for me to get through. My son does independent play but he does want me to go on playground equipment with him still. I lost a lot of weight so I can fit fine on most playground equipment but this playground equipment wasn't entirely adult friendly. They offer complimentary coffee and tea which I think is really awesome but I was hesitant to try it. I am a coffee snob and since I've had to go back to only drinking almond milk in my coffee and not the nice delicious dairy free creamers I was using to mask the taste of bad coffee I'm hesitant to try coffee at certain places. Hubby seemed to enjoy it but he used the free tasty creamer they put out. Still it's nice that they even offer free coffee. Open play is $12 per session I'm not sure if they offer a play pass or not.

There's always plenty of parking whenever I come no matter the time. The aisles are narrow and during my last visit, there was some aisles where there was still product that needed to be shelved so it was hard to pass. Even with two shopping carts side by side in an aisle, it took some maneuvering just to get by each other. This location has a lot of variety and good quality items at reasonable prices but you need time to sift through everything. Though things are cluttered and a bit messy, it's clean and I didn't see many broken items during my last visit here. They don't have too many duplicates of one thing so if you see something you like, I'd highly suggest you just purchase it because you're most likely not going to find it again. The staff are all pleasant here, including the cashier. No major complaints here except the narrow aisles and cluttered looking shelves.
