I found a hair in my food, and after bringing it to the owner's attention, her response was, "I'm the cook and that couldn't possibly happen." Instead of apologizing or trying to make the situation right, she dismissed my concern completely. I couldn't bring myself to eat the meal after finding the hair, yet I still wasn't offered a refund or even a replacement. To make matters worse, my drinks were made completely wrong. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how a business handles them that matters. Being treated with disbelief and having my concerns brushed off was unacceptable. Between the poor customer service, the lack of accountability, and the incorrect order, I won't be returning and can't recommend this restaurant to others.

What's a boy to do?? 9:03 pm. First pizza came out, not sure when the second will come?? 9:06 pm . . . finally. i hope they figure this out. but i most likely won't return to find out.
