They are returned to the owners n if not wanted back, they get donated to a thrift store. I wonder if they get a tax write off on that. WATCH OUT! If u buy electronics, cookware or cosmetics...MONEY BACK OR STORE CREDIT policy is voided if not returned within 24hours after purchase when not working which they don't post anywhere in their store. LOOK AT ALL THE ONE STARS on reviews...doesn't that tell u a lot? What's with the wanting of donation/drop off of used plastic bags! Arent u a paying customer? Even the people taking free groceries from the local pantry get new plastic bags! Why do u deserve a used bag? Money in the pockets for those corporation big bosses! Also when I went into my purse to grab my bottle of water because it is close to 90° the employee lady asked me if everything was okay if I needed help with my purse and asked if there was any issues going on with my purse, she made sure that she was very loud and and it embarrassed me quite a bit. For a thrift store they can be overpriced $8 a dress really in this economy people go there because we can't afford brand new clothes we can't afford the credit card that cost us so much an interest and sometimes damages our credit. People need to get their head checked whatever happened to learning matters like please and thank you when you are a child I know I taught my children please and thank you when they were 2 years old.
