They broke a 6 drawer dresser (now the bottom 2 drawers are unusable because they broke part of the side that also had the back leg) , a headboard (completely snapped one of the legs off) and a 55" 4K TV (completely unusable, they cracked the screen). We have moved many times and I understand things happen, but I have never experienced the valuation process that they require. Basically asking for receipts of the item broken and how it got broken. Well, everything was fine and usable before your crew touched it and now it's not. I couldn't watch them while they moved everything and it's unrealistic to even ask that question. When things have been broken in the past with other movers, they made it right and paid to replace the items. They gave me about 30% of replacement value credited back. I still have to replace what you broke, but I'm responsible for the majority of the replacement cost. That's not good customer service. Also, if you have a Sleep Number bed, don't let them touch it. Mine still isn't right. Even though they told me that have had no issues and have moved a lot of them. Well, they don't see the issues because it's after they are gone when you notice there's a problem. I would not use this company again. I would give them .5 stars if I could.

When we arrived at our destination, the movers who unloaded (also with Two Men and a Truck) stated numerous times how terrible the packing job was. All heavy furniture was placed on top of boxes and totes, completely crushing many of the boxes. We had a damaged wagon, elliptical, sitting room chair set and more. I reported this to the company immediately (while I am only including pictures of one box and one tote, there were many that looked the same). I was offered a $250 refund. I explained that the damage was not the potential fault of the moving vehicle or driver; that had the truck been loaded properly and boxes not crushed by heavy furniture, damage would have been mitigated. This office manager was unwilling to do anything further. Please note- Two Men and a Truck Urbandale does not stand behind their work and if you have damaged items, you have zero recourse. Very unsatisfied with the way this office conducts business and treats their customers.

The crew was very nice. However they had no idea how to do moving. I have significant damage to two…read morehouses and the majority of my furniture, mostly just scratches and gouges. But way too many damages to ever recommend them. They did not use furniture pads or take any effort to protect my belongings as we moved across town. During the move they continually ran into walls with furniture because they didn't look. I have 89 images of damage that I have to send in to their claim process. Completely unacceptable and something that doesn't happen when you hire professional movers.

I was what I thought, very clear with the scheduling person on the phone with what I had in my apartment. A two bedroom apartment with a lot of stuff. Granted I didn't specify that I had shifted some of my boxes across the hall, but still. Same amount of stuff. They scheduled TWOish HOURS for this move in this system. From an apartment to a house across town. I was scheduled with three guys and only two showed up. They told me when they arrived "We have another move between 10:30 and Noon that we have to arrive for" and they got to my move at 8. I have no idea how they expected to move a full two bedroom apartment in that amount of time. And they didn't. On top of that. They didn't wrap any of my furniture, not with pads, shrink wrap or anything. Mind you, my furniture is all antiques and none of it was properly wrapped. One of the men moving was also smoking upon arrival at my home, flicked his cigarette into my yard. He was consistently spitting into my yard and on my driveway and was extremely rude to myself and my mother. They were shaking their heads, cursing and talking the entire day in an unfortunate manner about what a bad day it was. It was a horrible experience. We didn't get the number of people we had booked, they wouldn't even move some of my stuff because it was in bags and not boxes, which I wasn't told prior. It even says they will do it on their pre move sheet. Just a very negative experience. We had to have separate movers come later in the day from another company to unload other things.
