I originally hired you to fix my outside water spicket and repair my leaking toilet. I was charged $500 total -- $300 for the spicket and $200 to fix the toilet. The problem is, my toilet was never actually fixed. Your technician told me he did not have the correct part and instructed me to order one myself. I ordered the part, and when it arrived, I called to schedule the repair. At that point, I was told there would be another service charge just to come back out and complete the repair I had already paid for. After arguing about it, the fee was supposedly waived. Then your technician informed me that the part he had me order was the wrong part and told me I needed to order yet another one. He even helped me select it on Amazon. When that part arrived and I called again, I was once again told there would be another service charge to come back out. At that point, I hired another plumber. He immediately told me the part your technician had me order was wrong again. He ended up using the original part that was already on the toilet, replaced a simple gasket, and fixed the problem right away. I gladly paid him $50 because he actually solved the issue. On top of all of this, your technician tracked mud throughout my house after crawling around in my muddy crawlspace. There was mud all over my carpet, upstairs flooring, bathroom floor, and steps, and I had to clean everything myself. This entire situation was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I paid $200 to have a toilet repaired that your company never fixed. It would also be nice to receive a callback from Ron Foco personally so I can explain exactly how disappointed I am with how far this company's quality and customer service have declined. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was beyond frustrating. The service was unprofessional, the repair was never properly completed, and the overall customer service absolutely sucks compared to what this company used to be.
