Looking at your reviews now, I wish I would have checked them before hiring your company again. I've used your company for years, but after this experience, I will never use you again. I originally hired you to fix my outside water spicket and repair my leaking toilet. I was charged $500 total -- $300 for the spicket and $200 to fix the toilet. The problem is, my toilet was never actually fixed. Your technician told me he did not have the correct part and instructed me to order one myself. I ordered the part, and when it arrived, I called to schedule the repair. At that point, I was told there would be another service charge just to come back out and complete the repair I had already paid for. After arguing about it, the fee was supposedly waived. Then your technician informed me that the part he had me order was the wrong part and told me I needed to order yet another one. He even helped me select it on Amazon. When that part arrived and I called again, I was once again told there would be another service charge to come back out. At that point, I hired another plumber. He immediately told me the part your technician had me order was wrong again. He ended up using the original part that was already on the toilet, replaced a simple gasket, and fixed the problem right away. I gladly paid him $50 because he actually solved the issue. On top of all of this, your technician tracked mud throughout my house after crawling around in my muddy crawlspace. There was mud all over my carpet, upstairs flooring, bathroom floor, and steps, and I had to clean everything myself. This entire situation was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I paid $200 to have a toilet repaired that your company never fixed. It would also be nice to receive a callback from Ron Foco personally so I can explain exactly how disappointed I am with how far this company's quality and customer service have declined. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was beyond frustrating. Came out to help me when I 1st moved here, but never finished the job and left tools and waste trash in my yard. Had no problem billing me over $400 for a incomplete job. This is how they treat customers with cancer and on disability, my home smells like sewage waste since they claimed to "Fix" it. I will never use or recommend them ever, i should've listened to the 1 ratings, they are not lying on those reviews. Avoid, much better places to call. read more

Anything but Dependable. They claim a 24/7 service and told us no one was available to help when we called for help to clean put a sewer line. We even waited to get some service during the day and were turned down. My daughter was very frustrated and we ended up contacting a reliable service. No Stars here on our end read more

I have several rental properties and I have used this dependable sewer for awhile now and have been happy with them, just recently I experienced a situation where the toilet was not flushing but if you pour water in it the waste went down, I called dependable sewer and they came out and used the snake down the toilet and that didn't help I got a call asking to pull the toilet for 65.00 and I didn't think that needed to be done, I at my own home was having the same problem so I told the Tech it was the fridge cold weather and he disagreed. I told him if the stool didn't work after he pulled I she have to pay for that. Guess what the stool didn't work and another guess what I was charged for it. Guess what again I will be calling City Sewer from now on due to excessive charging because this was not the first incident. read more

I called Dependable and explained that I needed my sewer line cleaned out and a camera run down it to determine what was causing it to back-up for the third time that month. They quoted me a reasonable price for both services and scheduled them for later in the day. After the tech snaked the line, the drains still hadn't cleared so he ran an additional snake down the floor drain itself. Only AFTER doing so did he tell me that running the second snake would cause the price to double. He further explained that I wouldn't be getting the camera inspection that day as had been scheduled. I ended up paying twice as much as expected for half of the services I had scheduled. I called to file a complaint, and was told a supervisor would be in contact, but that has yet to happen. It's not good business to suddenly double the quoted price of a service, only to inform the customer AFTER the service has been rendered. As for the tech himself, he wasn't wearing a mask, did not appear to be observing any COVID-19 precautions, and he forgot to remove his drop cloth after finishing his work. read more

Zero stars. So you came out 2 times. First time to fix toilet in basement and said the toilet on the first floor was fine. Next day had to call again and you came out again to fix that toilet and charged me again! Guess what? Had to call a plumber yesterday and they had to fix the same toilets because your worker failed to do his job. Called you twice to try and make things right. Was told both times someone would call me back. Never happened. Basic plumbing. I will never use you again and anyone reading this post trust me, I never do this. Don't call them. Call someone else. I would first like to thank the gentlemen that came out to the house to fix the septic issues, they were very polite and worked quickly. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the personnel that take the calls, payments etc. Both ladies were very rude that I spoke with and I was ultimately accused of not providing payment when it was in fact provided. I called Dependable Sewer Service at 9:45 am January 2, to clear a stoppage in my kitchen sink. Not an emergency nor a major situation, but if you can't use your kitchen sink, it rapidly becomes a big problem. I was very happy to be told someone would be here today and I'd receive notice when the serviceman was on his way. At 10:55 am I got the call telling me he was on his way and should be here in about 30 minutes. At 11:30 am the van pulled up to my house. Very pleasant young man who had everything done within 20 minutes! And at a very reasonable price! On point from phone call to service completed! Thank you, Dependable Sewer Service, and the serviceman who did the job! (Gooooooooo Dude!) I would have loved to review the services of Dependable Services, but truth is, I called 3 times and was told they'd be right over, but they never came. I called on a Thursday afternoon and was surprised to hear that they'd be over in a couple of hours. I said okay and no one showed. Then nothing the next day until about 5pm when we were not home (they didn't leave message). So I called back and asked for them to come on Monday before 1pm. They said no problem and then no one came. I called at 1:15 and they said he'd be here. Never showed up. Then they called on Tuesday afternoon when again, we were out (again, no message). How do they stay in business like this? Guess I will never know how their work actually is. read more

Needed a sewer line cleaned due to a blockage and was able to schedule service around my schedule. Very friendly receptionist! The day of service I expected someone between 12-2, received a call at 11:50 asking if they could send someone over and by noon they were in my driveway! I was happy to see he wore a respirator inside my home as I am very cautious about the current pandemic. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, gave transparent expectations for my old plumbing (120 year old house), and worked quickly. Solved my problem efficiently and checked out a few other things I needed addressed and made sure all my concerns/questions were answered before he left. Price was extremely fair.
