He ordered the replacement part and came back out a couple days after the part was delivered. He installed the part within a couple hours, probably closer to an hour. The cost for labor was very reasonable, and then the cost of the part completed the total amount billed. With this fix, the fridge/freezer should last another five years. I started to worry I needed to buy a new one when I couldn't find the replacement part online. When he found our washer lives in the well house he was rude. He grabbed our machine and slammed it around, knocking tools over in the building. He was verbally abusive and rude. He got more angry and abusive. I told him to either do the job or void the warranty, but STOP. Yelling at me. Then I left him alone to do his work, he left 20 min later without a word. No humanity or integrity. He clearly dumped our service out of vengefulness, I was unwilling to kowtow to his rage or tolerate his abuse. I am crippled. I can't lift over 5 lbs.
