The staff are the most chill and knowledgeable people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I was greater soon as I came in and helped 2-3 minutes later. These folks know their fish! They had some in tanks by fish type and some in a community tanks. Tanks were super clean! If you are starting out they have drift wood for your tank and tanks for sale. I made my purchase and was also given a coupon for next time I come back. Love this place!!!

His warehouse of fish selection and prices can't be beat, especially with how the prices were where I came from further south in California. Some of his koi that are x2-3 times the sizes of koi back where I moved were maybe 1/2 or 1/3 of the price than the ones I was used to seeing. Great customer service as well among all this and that's what matters.

Epoxy is supposed to last at least 3-5 years. He did not do the prep work correctly which required sanding down a few bumpy spots which he said he would do in the contract. When we asked Arthur to remedy the solution he told us not to worry about it and that it had many layers of epoxy and it was not going to leak. The spot is black and the rest of koi pond is light blue. Not pretty to look at. We asked him to fix the work he had done incorrectly and he made excuses and would take days to respond. He has not taken any kind of responsibility and refuses to fix his sub par work. We are now taking him to small claims court for refusing to fix his work.
