Instead of sitting at the computer copying all 75 by hand, I decided to call a professional, and I'm glad that I did! John answered my call right away and told me that it wouldn't be a problem to make the CDs. While most vendors jack up their prices whenever they hear the word "wedding," John threw in free color disc covers and a "wedding discount." (I'm pretty sure that is the only wedding discount that someone not related to me has granted!) I dropped off the master copy in the morning and my CDs were ready within two hours. I've never written a Yelp review before, but these guys deserve a shout out in a big way! I recently completed my first short film and the easiest, most straight-forward, no non-sense part of the entire experience was getting DVDs made by Archetype. They authored and duplicated my DVDs for me at a very reasonable price, much less than I had assumed the process would probably cost me, and then they went above and beyond. When I got home and watched one of the DVDs I noticed a problem with one of the actor's names being partially cut off in the credit sequence. I called John and he went to work diagnosing what the problem could be. I'll spare you the details, but it turns out the problem with the credit would only occur on a few very specific televisions and happened because of a mistake we made on our end when we were editing. John fixed the problem himself and then burned me another 25 copies free of charge to correct the mistake, the mistake that WE had made. I didn't think it was right that he incur the expense for our mistake and offered him some cash to at least offset the cost of DVDs and John wouldn't hear of it. Fifteen minutes later, I was given 25 brand new, error-free DVDs. Amazing customer service! I will go there anytime I need DVD services, I will recommend that my friends go there as well. read more
