I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

Sinisa was wonderful with helping us pick our material, explaining the process, and fitting as much as possible onto each slab. Their was a warped door, and 30% of the doors were missing stain in the corners of the frames. Nobody would come out to the site and look at the warranty problem. They made me take pictures of each item and then submit it for their review. Don't you think that a company that claims to have good customer service would send a represtentitive to the job site and make sure the cabinet defects were repaired properly. I don't recommend using Prosource and do not by American Woodmark cabinets.

We had several problems with installation and The Artisan Shop did a poor job of communicating and standing behind their cabinets.
